New York Harbor |
Welcome to ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina, NYC’s premier waterfront destination. With over 100 berths for vessels up to 300+ feet, a Sailing Club and School, and exceptional community programs, our facility offers the calmest waters in New York Harbor thanks to its advanced technology and design.
Located just south of the Brooklyn Bridge, across the East River from Wall Street and South Street Seaport, our marina offers the best views and easy access to Manhattan. Part of the vibrant Brooklyn Bridge Park, ONE°15 Brooklyn is home to the city’s largest community dock.
Vessels making reservations with ONE°15 Brooklyn Marina are required to maintain valid insurance for the duration of their stay and may be asked to produce proof of insurance.
If you want Brookyn and views of lower Manhattan, this is the place. Responsive team, great help with docking (shout out to Will). It can be really - really - rolly but we had a very quiet night this past weekend. It’s not cheap but the location is just tough to beat.
I stayed here as a transient for a few nights. The staff are all really friendly and responsive to inquiries. The marina itself has nice slips with lots of room and easily accessible shore power. Getting into and out of the slip was much easier than at many other marinas I have stayed at. I did not stay on the boat overnight but I did spend an afternoon on the boat at the dock. It was a bit bouncy, but given that it is right in New York harbor it's pretty amazing how reduced the wave action is. I think I would have been comfortable spending a night on the boat. I would definitely stay here again.
Amazing location and great views! Staff was most helpful. The wave attenuators help a lot - a little wavy during the busy day, but quiets down nicely at night. Lots of great restaurants nearby.
Owen was awesome assisting us in, with lines, and with power. Nice park and shops within a short walk. Lot's of activity of course, so don't be surprised by helicopters, water taxis, barges, and ships. Settles down later in the evening. Hope to come back.
BROOKLYN Heights has so much to offer for food and activities. Docks rolly only until 9 ish
Everyone at the marina was super helpful and friendly. The marina is so clean and great location. Will certainly be back!
Rocking wasn’t too bad but we stayed a Saturday and Sunday so boat traffic is less. Well run, great dock hands and modern docks. Good location and great view of New York skyline. Would definitely stay again
When you are berthed at this marina you have the Manhattan skyline across the river and Brooklyn at your doorstep. The marina manager, Will was very helpful and friendly as were all the staff. There are no marina facilities except good power and water. Due to passing traffic the swell starts around 7am until after 7pm. We used lots of fenders with springs on our lines to ease the roll. We were out most of the day enjoying city life. A fun bucket list location that I would recommend. #sailingsophistikate
Outstanding location, great staff. Surprisingly rolly, but not at night.
Excellent service - great team of helpful people! Great location with an exceptional view across the river to Manhattan. Only 4 stars because we definitely did not experience "the calmest waters on NY Harbor." Perhaps their "state-of-the-art wave attenuation system" was down during our stay? There was HUGE surge and it was so choppy, we actually kept one of our Seakeepers on during our 3-night stay. Wouldn't keep me from staying there again, but definitely did not live up to the advertising on their website.
Perfect. Great help at the dock. Amazing location at the tip of manhattan
One of the best facilities we’ve stayed in, and the location…..to die for! Great and very helpful staff. Expensive but worth it for the experience.
Our stay was a pleasure. Very helpful and friendly employees. Great location and views as well.
One 15 Brooklyn Marina is a convenient stop and great dinning is just a short walk. The views are spectacular, especially at night. The biggest downfall, despite claiming they have the calmest waters in New York harbor this does not mean it is calm. Until the ferries stop running (around 9:00 pm) the rocking and rolling can be intense at times. We’ve stayed there multiple times but just be aware it is at times it can be uncomfortable.
This is a great location in Brooklyn and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. And the sports complex and walking paths along the waterfront are delightful. The only downside is cost @$7 per foot (but it is NY afterall, so not unexpected) and the wakes from passing ferries and ships in the harbor make this a bit of a washing machine during the day. Not bad at night. The outer marina "wall" is floating, so it doesn't really stop the larger surge and wakes. Security is good and 24-hour.
This marina has a really friendly staff and it is in a special location... great for a night or two. Beyond a short stay, the location receives a lot of wake from the bay and it's a bit roll-y.
Great visit in a great marina and terrific location. Will greated us and assisted us in getting squared away for the night. This was our second visit and there will definitely be more.
Great location to connect with my daughter. Will was very helpful and responsive.
Great location with a million dollar view. Slips are easy to get into and the docks are in great condition. Lots within walking distance right here. Now the reason for the 4 stars. Docks get a bit rough with the commercial traffic up the east river. The bathrooms you have to use are the ones in the Resturant, so you are limited to the hours that you can use them. We never saw a shower but I was told there is one you can use inside the office of the marina. But again, it’s within the operating hours. Not sure if we would stay again with a few cheaper marinas in the area. But it’s worth staying for a night for the view of the city skyline.
OK, it’s a little rolly, but boy, what a location and wonderful staff this place has! Kudos to its CEO Estelle for managing a great crew!
Great location, skilled staff and near good restaurants
Great location beautiful docks. Superb views of Brooklyn bridge and lower Manhattan. Friendly staff.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to great restaurants. Marina very safe and secure.Minimal rocking and rolling from all the boat traffic on the East River.
Facility is clean and new. But very limited amenities - one bathroom, one shower etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. But very choppy but all the boat traffic in the harbor.
Back again to Brooklyn 1-15 Marina. Had to cancel last weekend dodging thunderstorms, Marina rescheduled us whe we requested. Dockmaster Will was very helpful, switched slips for us at the last minute on account of tricky wind/current/swell combo. Clean marina, great docks, fantastic location, stunning views of the city, great linear parks on the piers and along side the seawall. And Brooklyn is 100 yds away. Highly recommended, but be aware swells and current present in marina.
Very professional dock hands and excellent location. Very smooth process and made for a great weekend visit. Hope to be back soon!
Great location and dockage with power, water. Excellent directions on 71 and when tying up. Excellent security. Access to Brooklyn is easy. At this price, I had expected 24h facilities and showers for boaters.
Staff were great facility was well maintained but had no restrooms or showers on site
The staff and the location were excellent. The amenities fair as there is limited hours to access to bathrooms and shower. Lot of rocking and rolling due to traffic on the river.
Great marina - excellent location and friendly helpful staff!
Dockhands were excellent! Responsive. OUTSTANDING location with an unmatched view of lower Manhattan. Wave action by harbor traffic was present, but, not overly disturbing. Good restaurant / coffee options right across the street. For some, the office / showers across the street of the slips was an issue, but we didn't see the big deal. Tell primary reason for less than 5 stars is the Wi-fi. Awful / spotty / unreliable. A simple Wi-fi upgrade would make this a 5 star review...
Excellent, safe location. Perfect for staging yourself to and from Long Islqnd Sound. Magnificent dockmaster and dockhands helpful all day long even for something as simple as a bag of ice. Best greenery location ever within walking distance to great food, drink and Brooklyn Bridge. Beautifully kept walking/cycling trail at head of marina. 5 stars simply due the the staff!!!
Excellent service and very attendant dock staff. The view and location cant be beat and that's why we keep coming back. However, be prepared to rock and roll as the wave attenuation system is not 100%. Also, the power is less that 110V so some systems aboard don't work but batteries do charge.
Super-friendly team running One 15. Had boat trouble and needed to retreat to One 15 unexpectedly to stay longer. They were super helpful, welcoming and accommodating. One 15 is a great place to spend a weekend night, invite friends down to Brooklyn Bridge Park and watch the sunset or do a small tour of Statue of Liberty.
Brutally rough. Incessant ferry traffic. Would not go again. Brooklyn Heights though is a great area to be.
Location, Location, Location. Pricey by marina standards, with very limited amenities (shower and facilities open during business hours, but public restrooms - maybe 24 hour - are close by). Dock crew is helpful and proactive. Sited in a vibrant noisy modern urban park, just under the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. Fabulous restaurants nearby, and presumably everything else a bustling trendy downtown can offer. 10 minute walk to Court St/Borough Hall subway station, or a pleasant walk across the Brooklyn Bridge. On the water, have your Eldridge current charts handy for a tour of the harbor, or a fast run up the East River. Commercial traffic outside the marina can be overwhelming on weekdays. Did I mention LOCATION? Multi-million dollar views!
Beautiful views!!\nNice place to visit\nGreat family inspired parks!
The Dockmaster and Dock Hands were very helpful and attentive! Always a great City stop!
Great view and friendly staff. Overall not so bumpy which makes it a great choice for the area. Lots to do in Brooklyn but if you need Manhattan it’s a short ferry ride away!
Always a great place to stay in NYC. The staff and facilities are excellent. They were very accommodating for the weather delays we encountered. Thank you!!. Best place to dock if you want to explore NYC and Brooklyn. The docks can be a bit rocky during the day but are very still from 8pm on. No issues with sleeping. We will be back. Thank you!!
THE Marina to stay at in the NYC area in my opinion! Fantastic location with stunning views of lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Just a short walk into the charming neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Lots of shops nearby for provisions. Docks were solid, clean and spacious. Good staff and They provided us with a step stool as we had an elderly passenger on board. Bathrooms/ showers are a bit of a walk.
Nice marina. Always constant surge which is normal for NYC harbor. It’s inexcusable not to have Wi-Fi… they should get a pro like On-Spot Wi-Fi or Beacon Wi-Fi instead of trying to do it themselves!
Fantastic location & Sam & staff were excellent. A bit of a surge was the only note; but can’t beat access to Brooklyn & Manhattan!
Spectactular location! Great staff. Extraordinary in all regards.
The swell from the constant ferry traffic was horrendous. Won’t stay there again
We booked a slip at Brooklyn One15 from mid July through August and just brought her back Cape Cod yesterday. We had an incredible experience having our boat in NYC and this marina is first class! Sam Cotter and his team are great people and were very helpful and courteous all the time. If you ever get the chance to visit Brooklyn One15 don’t hesitate as it’s really top notch.
The view was amazing, the area lovely urban park environment. Beautiful docks and walkways. Very thoughtful crew. BUT for a place that charges this much not to have a bathroom available after 9am is unacceptable to me AND it was a unisex restaurant bathroom open to the public with no shower. There was a shower in the office but one had to use it between 8am and 6pm. Very disappointed with that
Sam is a great dockmaster. Very helpful and super friendly. Location is awesome. A bit rocky until 10 but then million dollar view Can cruise around Lady Liberty and enjoy Brooklyn.
Beautiful views of the city, easy access and the dock staff were great!!!!
Staff is was outstanding, Very helpful and accommodating. Great location easy access to Manhattan. I would highly recommend this place.
Great location. Very helpful, attentive and capable dockhands. Views of the city are awesome and Brooklyn Bridge Park is a great place to spend a day. Very close to great restaurants and bars
The staff was great and the location in Brooklyn is wonderful. The immediate local area has much to offer within walking distance, and public transportation to all of NYC is nearby. The floating docks are well-maintained and the breakwater that has been put in place mitigates but does not eliminate the rolling from the currents and traffic of the East River. However, it was much easier to enter the marina from the river and the water was much smoother than when we stayed in 2018. The only real drawback is that there is only one shower and a couple restrooms available within the main office facility. There are no laundry facilities on site.
One15 is Awesome! Amazing location and there is no better view by boat of Manhattan. Dockmaster Sam and his whole crew could not have been more helpful. They even arranged for line handlers at 1130pm. I highly recommend a visit.
Great spot and great staff. Sam and his staff are very attentive. Looking forward to many weekend here.
We had another great stay at One 15 Brooklyn Marina. The location is incredible. Our stern in docking position gave stunning views of lower Manhattan, NY Harbor, and the Brooklyn Bridge. Lots of restaurants and things to do within very pleasant walking distances. The river park recreation areas are a wonderful amenity. There was some wave action in the marina from the the seas in NY Harbor and boat traffic, but was manageable. Sam the dockmaster was very helpful. Thank you!
The view is breathtaking! The service is exceptional! Sam and his crew made us feel right at home for the week we spent in New York. A little rocky from the hustle and bustle of the ferries during the day, rocked us right to sleep at night.
We are 101’ motor yacht and its always a pleasure staying here. Very accommodating and the staff is very helpful. Sam the Dockmaster makes it happen!
The marina and it's views are outstanding. The crew does an amazing job getting boats in and out very efficiently. The dock masters instruction for entering are very clear and easy to understand. His crew is very helpful and are available for anything you may need. It was a pleasure staying there and will do so again.
We had a large number of boats at this location for a Pride celebration . As always the staff was extremely attentive and provided excellent service. We will return whenever we can.
Gorgeous view, incredible Brooklyn location, helpful staff
Nice stay in this new facility. The staff was very helpful. Thank you. - sv Makara
Wow! These guys are awesome. I can’t believe we have used other Marinas in NYC in the past. This place has their act together - seawall protects nicely from strong ferry wakes, and facilities are top notch. Won’t waste my time elsewhere in the future. Sam(Dockmaster) was very responsive and made sure we were all set up.
We needed a place in New York City for two days. I had no idea what to expect, traveling from Florida to Maine. This marina has been exceptional. Everybody from the dock staff to Sam and all the folks have been super helpful. The facilities are very clean, good solid floating docks and good protection.… And the view of the Manhattan skyline.
Excellent location. Top level service. Will, Sam and the rest of the crew were friendly, helpful and there when you needed them. We will certainly return.
Excellent facility! And Sam and his staff went out of their way to help us. Will definitely return!
The views at One15 Marina, are incomparable. The marina also now boasts a calmer setting with the investments they've made to combat some of the past issues they faced with rocky conditions. But - easily - the best part of the marina - is the team that runs the show. It starts at the top with Sam and extends to his two deputies that I've been fortunate to get to know - Dave and Will. They make the experience at One15 one of the best marina experiences I've ever had - ensuring that we're always taken care of, that the service level is at its highest, and that the marina is an awesome place to bring guests. I don't often write reviews - but these guys deserve it due to the incredible support they provide me and the rest of us lucky enough to have a slip at One15.
Have been coming here for three years and it gets better every time. Stunning views of Manhattan, you can't get better than this. Also, great location, beautiful park, close to restaurants and very centric to everything in New York. Very safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it.
By far one of the best spots in NYC. Perfect place for a weekend getaway!
Excellent marina with Excellent service. Thank you for everything , I will definitely be coming back .
I really don’t want to leave a positive review! The main reason is that I don’t want to ever not be able to get a transient slip here. When I tell you Sam and his crew treated us like we have been members for 20 years, I am not lying. The staff, the service, other boaters all get 10 stars for there professionalism, there kindness and most of all there treatment of us and our family. Thank you Sam and thank you Brooklyn One Marina. We will be back. Susan and Robert Corrado
Great service. The views and the park are unbelievably beautiful. Near lots of great restaurants. One of my favorite marinas in the world.
Great staff. Great location. Dockmaster, Sam, was very helpful and responsive.
The only place to be Sam and his staff are the best Great dockside services for visiting Superyachts Location is amazing along with the City View can't say enough about the place Spent two Summers here coming and going and they are always trying to improve on things, better then some Marina's in Ft Lauderdale
We love this location. Sam and his crew are all great guys. We stop here every time we come to NY. Give your boat plenty of space when you dock and tie up. It’s bouncy in here.
12 strangers came on board and stole $2,000 worth of liquor last night. We called the police. Initially I tried contacting the marina but no response. I think it’s extremely unsafe that there is not a security guard at gate in the evenings. Every city marina we have been to around the globe has had a security guard 24/7.
Great fun to explore Brooklyn waterfront parks. A pleasant peaceful marina steps from the thick of the vibrant public parks and neighborhoods. We had to pay attention docking given knot of cross current and additional cross wind but dock hands were very capable.
Wow, what a view! Super helpful staff. Top notch facility at the foot of NYC. Puts you in a very nice neighborhood in Brooklyn with a great start on the East River. Would stay again.
Great 24hr Stay. Great location as well. Sam, the Dockmaster was incredibly helpfull. He went out of his way to assist my Crew with an alternate location to be in a zoom meeting and even grabbed an Uber for me when my app became quirky. First Class Service.
Amazing view of the city. Located in a park and beautiful neighborhood. The marina is great quality and the staff were helpful. Will return
Staff is wonderful. Facilities are great. Waves still a little rocky during the day.
The level of professionalism that this marina has is 2nd to none. I boat in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale in the winter which is considered the yachting capital of the world, and known for the best marinas. However, One15 Marina takes the prize. Staff was immediately on 71 waiting for our arrival. They swiftly escorted us to our transitory slip and tied us up perfectly. They took our trash, plugged us in to shore power and then asked if we wanted our food that we ordered without me even telling them we ordered. Rarely do you see a marina operate so efficiently and professionally. Can’t wait to return. 5+⭐️ 45 Vanquish “It Was All A Dream”.
One15 brooklyn marina is a fantastic marina with great service. July 4th was a great weekend!!! It is our go to spot coming from CT.
Incredible location and jaw-dropping views matched by professional and friendly staff, and well-maintained facilities. This is our second full summer season, and it just keeps getting better. The marina is located in the middle of a $500++ million waterfront park that has just been finished in 2021 after 30-years of planning. Easy public transportation by ferry or nearby subway (at least 8 lines) to all of New York City. Their onsite restaurant, Estuary offers great food, and they will even deliver to your slip. Innumerable restaurants and bars within walking distance. Definitely recommend Table 87 or Dellarocco's for pizza just a few blocks away, or walk the mile to Lucali down Henry Street through the Cobble Hill neighborhood. Other Half Brewery is just a bit further with world-class beer... Also can't miss, walk up the hill to the Brooklyn Heights promenade (technically not part of the park), for nighttime views overlooking both the marina and downtown Manhattan. The marina is a gem hiding in plain sight.
This was the most pleasant marina stay we have had. The staff is always accessible, they go more than an extra mile, and I cannot imagine a better place to stay while visiting NYC. Seriously, a top-notch experience. Bravo and well done!!
Very Satisfied. We were traveling north from Miami on a yearly cruise me and my family do annually on our 65’ Oceans Yachts. We wanted to stop in NYC for a weekend of sight seeing and dining. We chose this Marina because of its location to all the hotspots and downtown NYC. The NYC ferry was right next to the Marina which made for great transportation around the city. It’s was only $2.75 per person and had tons of stops along the East River. The Marina was clean and all updated with new docks and had a break wall to knock down the ferry traffic wakes. The environment consisted of a brand new City park with local shops and restaurants all with in walking distance. The staff was there to meet us and catch our lines. They helped us with the local knowledge and were very helpful in planning our weekend excursions. Highly recommended. A++
Location, location, location. Easy walk from marina to the heart of Brooklyn. The view of the Statue of Liberty is very cool. One note, during the day ferries go bay, so there is some rocking. By the time we went to bed, nothing. Try the Pierogie Brothers
Nice Marina in a safe area, walking distance to local shops and food. We were there for a night in Feb during both COVID and a snowstorm during a work transit. Dockmaster Sam was great at exchanging information and assisting, even though unavoidable issues prevented him from personally being onsite. The office staff was also very helpful with having packages shipped to the marina. Very calm considering the the proximity to the NY harbor taxis and tugboat traffic. Easy to enter and exit. Only issue we had was the wifi was marginal. Ended up hotspotting a cell phone for a stronger signal.
Stayed over one night due to the tide and had an enjoyable evening with the backdrop of lower Manhattan right outside my cockpit. The staff were helpful and competent. Rolling from the ferries and commercial traffic was not too bad. Great Pizza nearby in the Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Arrived to the marina and Sam and Infinite were ready to give us our slip assignment. Helped us get in with the lines no trouble. Gave us our welcome briefing and we settled in. The sea wall was fantastic blocking all the ferry traffics wake. The floating docks are super wide and electric and water was perfect, they even pumped us out in the quickest we have ever gotten.. We worked through the COVID issues but the nice hot showers were great in the morning before our departure up the river to West Point. Highly recommend will be back soon.
Clean, modern facility in a great location! Other than power and water, no other facilities. But truly a fantastic location.
All great Clean efficient facility Great workers
ROLLY, Be Prepared that the ferry traffic keeps the boat moving several feet every few seconds during daylight hours. Nice new docks, great access to Brooklyn with its restaurants and very close to ferry dock to Manhattan. Currently minimal additional amenities at this dock. Bring your biggest fenders.
I had a wonderful 4th of July weekend with my family and friends at ONE15 Brooklyn Marina! I love the marina's prime location (at piers 4 and 5 in Brooklyn Bridge Park) and the new features ONE15 offers since it reopened. The marina's new eateries are great!
