Excellence facilities and friendly staff. There is a ripping current but easy docking awaits with able hands on the dock staff. The floating dock puts you right downtown with great shopping and eating. Getting up the river can be challenging with all the a$$holes oncoming in at 25 knot. There is also special attention needed with an outgoing tide and incoming wind/seas. The latter is easy to predict and entering on slack is your strategy. As for the former, there is no cure for stupid.
