Biggest problem is that bathrooms, even though only accessible with a code provided to boaters, are locked at 7pm. So from 7pm to 7am, you cannot use the shore-based facilities. They are locked with a code at all times, so why would the door automatically disable the code-access at 7pm?
Also, nothing prior to, or after reservation was accepted, said that the dockmaster leaves at 6pm. Was not really a problem for us, since we do not need docking help, but it would have been nice to no before the day of when the harbormaster called. On that note, she was very pleasant and provided us with all the info we needed.
These 2 things were NOT made clear on the Dockwa site at booking. I realize it's after Labor Day, but the season is not over!
