Classy facilities... great floating docks.. wonderful large heated pool... fun Oyster Bar.... very catered to boaters...The only mistake we made was to just stay one overnight!... staying a week next visit!
We spent over two months at SIMV and had a wonderful experience. Not only are the facilities top notch, restaurants very good, and marina crew are very very helpful. We had a particularly good experience with Meredith, Taylor, Kyle, Misty, Jamie, and Chase. That’s not to say everyone else wasn’t also great, but we interacted most with these individuals and they impressed us enough to remember each of their names with their excellent quality service. We gave the marina a 5, but I think that all places could use honest feedback in order to grow, so I will say that the one issue that I wish was improved is the amount of trash daily in the marina. It is so much and I see SIMV crew try to pull some out, but it is still so much I find myself surprised at how it just sits there. I’ve even looked for a net and pulled a bunch out myself. Overall, I highly recommend SIMV to all mariners and boaters. It is a wonderful place to visit.
Great marina with easy access. Very helpful staff and clean facility.
Love this place. Beautiful, clean, safe, secure facilities with access to pool, restaurants, laundry, shopping nearby. Dock hands helpful and professional every time!
This one of our favorite marinas. Great facilities, staff, location.
This is a great marina, with lots of amenities. The hourly bus that runs to downtown is great. Need to be dropped off or picked up on the way? Just let them know. Bathroom facilities are clean and modern, however the Salty Oyster is still operating with a limited menu, and serving in take out boxes. People working there are very professional and accommodating. However, (you knew there was going to be a however), with the price paid, I expect everything to be working properly or a partial refund to be offered. If you need or expect wi-fi, this is not the marina for you. Oh the signal is great, good strong signal, but no internet connection. We were there for the month of January, and the service was never working. It wasn’t just us, every boat had the same complaint. You complain to the front desk, they send someone to your boat to help. Of course they can’t help. If this problem were corrected, I would rate 5 stars, but a stated before, for the price being charged, I expect near perfection, but if perfection can’t be achieved, I expect some art of compensation.
Not sure where to begin. New floating concrete Docks. Long full fingers. In slip pump outs. Dock hands are TOP notch. Office staff great. Pools awesome. And the shuttle bus is incredible! Key West, provisioning, and the beach are all stops every hour. This makes Stock Island accessible to all the activities and the drivers are awesome. Also walking distance to good food and a fresh seafood market.
Marina is a bit like an overcrowded RV park, with the sunset hidden by rows of boats. The long amenities list very much forgot to include the local airport with jets flying over starting at 7:00 AM and stopping at a little past 8:00 PM. Pump outs at the dock weekly involve an incredibly noisy several hours where the pump outs are running on the particular dock selected for pump out. Just one night here so far. Hope things improve with getting away from the Marina.
Wow. What a great dock crew. We could not have asked for a better group of men and woman to work with They were so helpful, happy and energetic. Quickly became our dock family. The hotel crew was also quite wonderful. It’s the people the make the place. As soon as they get their WiFi sorted out this will truly be a 5 star marina and resort. We have already booked for next year
Top notch facilities and staffing at Stock Island Marina made our month stay enjoyable. Pools are lovely and exceptionally clean. Restaurants have friendly staff and tasty food. The hotel hosted a safe New Year's gathering-- although we did not attend. We had trouble with pump out service on E-dock, but were able to get a pump out from another service. Looking forward to our next stay.
Simply the BEST!!! From facilities, to staff friendliness and everything in between ❤️ Will definitely return !
Stock Island Marina Village is an enjoyable place to dock in Key West, whether staying for a few nights or a few months. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the pools on site are very nice (though a little crowded at peak times). The staff at the Perry Hotel were also quite helpful, and the convenience store and restaurants at the hotel are great amenities. Our only complaint is about the location/distance from Key West proper. In particular, the free hourly shuttle can only hold 14 individuals. There were multiple times that we arrived 5-10 minutes early for the shuttle and found that there were already too many people waiting for our group of five to fit. It was mildly frustrating to be expecting a free hourly shuttle, but then to realize that seats were very limited and if we did not arrive at least 15 minutes early, we might need to pay for Ubers to get downtown instead. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed docking our Sea Ray 610 at Stock Island Marina Village over New Years, and I anticipate that we will return in the future.
A nice facility. Great location. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the shuttle drivers. There were some inconveniences to be expected due to the virus. My only irritations were the WiFi was painfully slow and I was on B Dock and had trouble with pump outs. I was never able to get my holding emptied. Overall great stay. I’ll look forward to coming back.
We are a sailing vessel exploring the keys. First visit to Stock Island Marina. Staff super helpful. Slips plenty big enough. Nice amenities including shuttle to downtown Key West and Publix. 2 pools, the best Wings at Happy Hour. We’ll definitely be back.
Great! Mitch and his staff are so very helpful making sure your taken care of. What a great place to dock you boat in Key West! Those guys and girls in the red shorts go the extra nautical mile!!
Dock staff was very friendly and efficient. Beautiful marina.
Don't count on having wifi at your slip. My husband has gone to the front desk and asked a couple of times about what's going on with it. Each time they've been surprised there's a problem or said "Yes, there are problems". Their best suggestion was to take our things and go to the Captain's Lounge and use the wifi there. I'll carry the Roku and my husband can carry the TV. Please don't mind me in being in my PJs. My husband said I'm to harsh. The other facilities are nice and the staff is great. Update: All is well that ends well. This story ended well. The marina is actively working on upgrading their wifi to 5G.
I love Stock Island Marina! This year the marina was an outside venue for The Key West Film Festival. It was great to simply walk from the boat to the films. This was my 4 th visit and the employees and facilities couldn’t of been nicer. The office and dock staff did everything I asked to make it easy to dock and secure my 45 ft sailboat. The bathroom and showers were very clean. We enjoyed the 2 pools, several bars and restaurants too. The free shuttle into Key West was very convenient when we wanted to visit old town and downtown but return to the peacefulness of the marina. Overall, I really have loved my 4 visits to Stock Island Marina as compared to staying at a marina Downtown and look forward to my next visit this Winter. SV Promise Tampa , Florida
Beat marina in Key West. All floating. Good facilities. Great staff. Always willing to accept packages. Weekly pump out that marina staff do. Ice delivery. I’ve stayed here several times and will again.
We were welcomed with smiles and positive attitudes throughout our visit to Stock Island Marina Village, from the first gentleman that assisted us at the dock with fuel and water to the hostess at the front desk when we checked in. We were thrilled with the customer service we received. The laundry facilities were clean and well maintained, too.
Outstanding service and facility. However, having to go all the way to the hotel front desk to fill out a 7-page contract for a one night stay is a little much especially if you are docked at one of the outer slips.
Amazing place!
Always impressed with complex. First time we’ve sailed our own vessel to the marina. Dock team was spotting our approach and helping us berth and tie up expertly. And it’s just a great place to hangout!
From beginning to end the service at the marina was brilliant. I primarily felt with Katie during the booking process in which I had to change my reservation a couple of times and there was no headache in doing so. Then the dock staff upon arrival were all very friendly and willing to help out with any needs. The facilities were superb and check out was a breeze.
My recent stay was excellent and I will be staying at Stock Island Marina in the future. The staff was great and the accommodations were excellent. Jamie did a fabulous job of assisting us at check in and providing info during our stay.
Great marina! Very clean and friendly. Great location. Very nice pools and bar. Plenty of parking for our car and guests. Will definitely stay again.
While a bit short staffed during COVID, the staff here is doing everything they can to accommodate us in first class fashion. Special Kudos to Wyatt for going the extra mile Capt Gene Weeks M/Y Three, One, & One
This is 1 of the greatest marina we’ve been to on French Connection. Very professional, accommodating, and clean, in addition to state of the art facilities. I give it a well deserved 5 stars and encourage all boaters to include Stock Island Marina Village in their current and future voyages.
clean, well managed great marina kept in great shape
Staff was incredible from the time they greeted us at the front door Can't wait to return
Stock Island Marina Village is an excellent marina. We stayed at this Marina over the 4th of July long weekend (in 2020) in our 68' Viking. The marina is very well maintained and the marina staff are very helpful. The marina has very good facilities, including a pool. The marina also has a hotel on the premises, which has a great outside bar and inside bar/restaurant.
Great marina with floating docks and convience to Perry Hotel. Place is well maitained and Wyatt the dock guy is very helpful. Easy approach with ample depth. Only reson it's not a five star was because the wifi sucks. Have to do business and very difficult/frustrating when wifi is sketchy. Wish marinas would look at internet as a important utility like water and power. So, If internet not important I'd rate this a 5 star marina!
We stayed at the perry (which needs a serious overhaul on their guest services) from the 7/6-7/10. The best part was that we were able to access our boat right from our hotel. There was no boat landing, gasoline, or ice available the whole time we were docked at their marina. The nearest landing is 1.5 miles away and they don’t warn you of the shallow waters through these channels! From management all we got was excuses, and not, “I apologize, how can we make it better?” Instead, we had to get gas from the marina over called Ocean’s Edge. They had gasoline cheaper, ice and a very helpful dockhand that opened earlier than this marina. The website also states they open at 8am, when they don’t open until 9am. Makes it harder for people to go out early if they wanted to.
Stock Island Marina was extremely accommodating even with the Coronavirus Shutdown in full effect. They followed all the mandates given by the county yet managed to take care of us all with no issue.
Great everything! Check-in flawless, boat trailer parking onsite. My slip located directly in front of hotel for easy access. Secure parking nearby. Great option if you want to trailer your boat to Key West and leave it in the water during your stay. I will be back.
Excellent marina, like new construction. Water and power at slips. Laundry and showers. Friendly staff. Gas pumps were down during our stay but diesel was working
We had a very pleasant stay at Stock Island. The staff has been very accommodating. We had multiple guests stay in hotel and they enjoyed their stay also.
Guest Service was the best. From front desk staff helpful and cheerful greetings to dock hands tireless attention to marina guests. The property is beautiful and security team keeping A parking lot for marina guests much appreciated.
We were the June 9 till the 17 and the Marina and service there was great. The dock hands were very help and alway asking if we needed anything. The pools are well kept and the grounds are fantastic. Kat at the marina office was great to work with. Would definitely be back in the future. Capt Nick M/Y Wild Kingdom
top notch dock crew facilities are very clean enjoyed all the amenities offered thank you we will be back again
When we made reservations we were not told that they have a 35ft minimum. We have a 28ft boat but had to pay for a 35ft.. Reservation agent only told us the price difference to stay per day verses per week. Marine debris, seaweed, garbage floating in the slips is disgusting!! Bathroom not , there was food & hair in drain! Disgusting! Restaurants not open no choice, yet we were handed literature about all the bar & restaurant choices. Charged for ice, yet it is free at ocean edge which is another choice two seconds away. Charge for bikes, free at ocean edge. If a competitor marina 2 seconds away gives services free with a stay, they should NOT charge for the same services! No free kayaks, also free at ocean edge marina. Only one pool open, ocean edge had 6 pools open! Dirty poolside, there were Drink glasses left under lounge chair. Plants at entry way not maintained. Can’t get ice after 6pm, ship store closed. No fuel, tank broken for months. Must bring own towel to pool! Hello?! Laundry is not free, most marinas offer free with stay. Trash cans overflowing, i would try to remove trash from our boat but cans were always full and overflowing. I would not recommend this marina or hotel and I don’t believe they deserve even one star. Will follow my review here in social media. Manager at check out did not want to hear our concerns!
The marina is fantastic, EXCEPT they don't cater to outboard boats. Last year they had REC 90. I showed up and was told to get my fuel somewhere else. Why come here and stay when you can't get fuel?????????
I've been staying at Stock Island Village Marina for five winter seasons (Nov 1-May1) and highly recommend them to any boaters who desire top facilities and at a value. By far Stock Island Village Marina is one of the best marina's I've experienced in my thirty years of boating. They have the cleanest bathrooms and laundry room, cheapest fuel in Key West, complimentary usage of the hotel pool, and now two great restaurants, the best floating docks you'll find on the east coast, well provisioned ship store, and most important eager and very helpful dock hands, staff, and management. The approach is also very good. Hard to get in trouble with 6-8' natural depths even out of the channel. Just made my Winter 2020-2021 season reservation!
Excellent stay.
We stayed there during the COVID-19-Coronavirus lock down. It was very boring but we felt safe. The restrooms were spotlessly clean. We were grateful that they let us stay as we were transients. Many others were turned away.
We love this place!! The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The facilities are clean and convenient. Will always be one of our stops.
Many marinas have nice amenities, but if the staff doesn’t compliment the facilities, it’s meaningless. This place has it all!! The office staff and dock hands are always kind, helpful, professional, and attentive. The concerns for my first solo stay quickly vanished with the supportive staff and their assistance to get me connected with local professionals. The facilities and services are outstanding! Floating docks, constant cleanliness, on-sight Hotel for guests, along with 3 restaurants, gym facility, hourly shuttle service to KW, 2 dog parks, assortment of charters, and walking distance to pharmacy store and other restaurants. I did not want to leave, thanks to the thoughtful staff and all who made me feel like family; hoping Safari can soon call this place home!
We stay there for a month, we like it so much that we sign up for four months next season. The place is Pristine. Three restaurants, two pools, dog park, Hotel, floating docks, and the Staff at all their facilities where great and friendly. Could not ask for a better place to spend the winter. 😎✌️
Shore power issues......again. All the new pedestals on the dock kept tripping the breaker, dock attendant said it’s been an ongoing issue. We experienced the same thing back in February, I assure you it won’t happen again, as we will be tying up at oceans edge or back to Conch Harbor.
STOCK ISLAND VILLAGE MARINA The best. Great restaurants. Great service. Clean well kept dog park. Dependable van service to town and Publix groceries. Most enjoyable 8 days of our vacation.
If I had to choose just one word to describe Stock Island Marina, it would be “Pristine”. The facilities, the docks, the grounds, the restaurants, the staff, the shuttle bus, the pools… well, you get the picture! Really beyond nice and I can’t say enough about the staff-very friendly, very helpful - everyone I had the pleasure of communicating with were exceptional, everyone, every time. We experienced no negatives during our four day stay. Great experience!
Excellent facility with helpful staff. Great restaurants and excellent amenities. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night due to weather. We plan to come back!
We stayed here for the month of Feb 2020 and loved it. Very nice, knowledgable staff. Newer floating docks with good, stable power. Great dog park close by, 2 pools and 3 bars/restaurants on site. More great places to eat within walking distance. Unless you are in one of the most western docks, it can get a bit (and just a bit) rolly at the docks when wind/current are strong, but not at all uncomfortable. My only negative for the marina is the terrible internet. Even though we were just 50’ from a WiFi transmitter, we rarely had enough bandwidth to stream live television and occasionally lost service all together. For a marina/resort that is pretty pricy (but no more so than other area locations), you would think that having really good internet coverage would be high on their list, but although they expressed regret at their poor coverage, nothing was done the entire time we were there. OK, off my soapbox. Other than the internet, we totally enjoyed ourselves here and plan to return for 2 months in 2021! Hopefully the internet will work then!
Best ever facilities, location, services, attitude,The TOTAL package to go with perfect weather. Agree on WiFi concern, but not major level, just needs tweaking. Best staff ever, people were fantastic during our first ever 6 week stay. Dock guys were wonderful and they would doing anything to assist you. We will return. Bobby Susan Crenshaw Yolo
We docked at Stock Island Marina for a month in the late fall of 2019. We had a great experience, staff was professional and courteous. No complaints from the Grande Jeté! We are headed back there for the month of April 2020. Chuck Smith.
This was the second year we stayed for a month. Very nice facility with friendly dock hands and very attentive to any need. Restaurant is awesome and the pools are clean and inviting. One drawback is the internet is marginal at best. We were only 50 feet from the repeater and had weak signal. For a quality facility like this they should have On Spot.
Stayed Jan 1 to end of February, 2020. Fabulous marina, staff, and amenities. Booked three months in 2022. Only our own conflicts prohibited booking next year. This is the standard for which all other resort marinas will be measured.
Beautiful brand new docks. Greeted by helpful, knowledgeable dock James. The Marina has undergone extensive remodeling. The whole resort is your playground and it has everything you could want at one marina. Two pools, two bars each with their own happy hour running one after the other. Use of all the resort including the gym, the hourly shuttle and great restaurants with outdoor campfires the gather around at night. Great monthly rates and helpful dock staff. If you want to be in Key West but want some quiet time too this place is for you! I just left and couldn’t be happier!
Great Marina in the heart of downtown Key West! Only steps from all of the excitement. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!!
Had a great time here in are 34’ Egg Harbor Escapade.
The staff are the most friendly and helpful of any marina that I’ve ever been to! They are amazing!
Great place, super friendly staff. Clean and well run, the way a marina should be. Definitely be back. Restaurants were very good, nice pool. Papas Scooter rental place great, drop off/pick up right there, couldn’t have been easier. Quick and easy run to downtown key west. Absolutely recommend.
We traveled with our Belize 54 (Amazon) from Miami Beach to Stock Island Marina for a one week holiday over New Year's. Our experience could not have been more positive. From a facilities perspective this marina is pristine and complete, from a people perspective (because nothing of quality happens without great people!) they have a wonderful team that cares for each visitor and their boat like its their own! Everyone in the office was superior in the way they treated us, full of helpful hints on where to go/what to do and completed every task they said they would (pump outs, etc). As an added feature, and an important one, this marina is attached to the lovely Perry Hotel, a must-go destination in the Key West area - fabulous restaurant, great pools and terrific concierge desk. Overall, Stock Island Marina is a destination in of itself, not to be missed!
Best marina I have stayed at! Makes my trip to the keys so much more east , relaxing , and friendly .
This marina has by far been one the best ones to stop at. Has everything you need and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Coming back really soon to this location.
The stock island marina has been the best marina to be docked up that I have seen. Staff is very attentive and the facilities were above regular standards. Truly the best I’ve seen in a long time. Can’t wait for my next stay with them.
Our best experience of our 450 mi boat trip was meeting Hannah fry at Stock Island Marina Village she helped us out in many ways . She told us the best places to eat and have drinks after she found us docking I highly recommend stock island marina great place 🤗
Awesome place, great staff.
The marina was very accommodating Chase helped us get docked & even helped us switch to another slip to get the right electric service. The hotel & bar are a nice compliment
Friendly staff, easy access, nice accommodations. We will definitely be back.
Great clean marina worth every penny, come back next weekend Misty and Danny are kind people with great ideas Chrisdagge
By far best place to stay in the keys. Danny and Misty are great.
Such an amazing experience with the friendliest staff! Very clean and good service, recommended, will be coming back!
The staff and marina crew were all very nice and accommodating. The marina is also very nice and well constructed.
We enjoyed our stay at A&B!! Our boat was there for a month and we were in/out during that time. We knew our boat was in good hands even when we weren't there. Staff was very helpful (thank you Ty, you were especially awesome!), staff was very responsive and nice. We look forward to our next visit!
Wonderful Marina, Extremely Clean, Nice Friendly people that are willing to help with anything, Floating docks and close to the boat ramp.
Lovely, clean marina. Staff was friendly. Spacious waterway. Easy to get in and out on the water. Make sure you hang your vehicle parking tag in the window so it’s visible.
Stayed at this Marina for 3 nights in July and was very impressed. Reservations with the Marina were very accommodating for our 370 Outrage Bentley Seven when requesting port side stern in dock. Easily accessible, all the staff and dock crew were friendly, polite and helpful. Fuel prices were almost a dollar less than Hawks Cay where we stayed at the 2 previous nights. The marina is associated with the Perry Hotel which we also had room reservations, this hotel was just as impressive as the Marina. I would recommend this Marina to anyone and will be staying here again.
We spent 6 weeks here and had a wonderful experience. Before we left we booked two months for next year. The marina facilities are first class, and integrate well with the hotel and its amenities. I'm sure it will even be better with the expansion. Our furbaby loves a marina with a dog park! The wifi was at times frustrating, but I was told it would be improved as p art of an upgrade. My one suggestion to them was that they begin accepting Apple Pay, or begin a charge service of some type for marina customers, especially those who use the pool and and Salty Oyster. Looking forward to next year.
We’ve stayed at Stock Island Marina for the past 4 years , and it keeps getting better! We love everything about it from its deep protected floating docks , clean facilities, to the very friendly and efficient staff. Added plus of being connected with the Perry hotels restaurants that are also wonderful , and a courtesy van that goes to old key west on the hour . Give this Marina five stars plus!
Great stay, nice floating docks, and a nice bike trail right next to the marina.
very helpful and friendly guys at the dock and in the marina, great amenities and very clean!!!
We had a wonderful 7 week stay on our boat. The staff was incredible, the marina so protected and so well maintained. Spotlessly clean! The adjacent Perry Hotel was modern and the dining delicious, especially the Sunday Brunch Buffet. The neighborhood is quieter and much less crowded than downtown Key West yet has nearby restaurants and a great French bakery and fish store. Also an hourly free shuttle to downtown. We have already booked for two months next year. Jim and Dudley on Fanfare
We rented a slip at Stock Island Marina for 1 week during our kids Spring Break this April (2019). The Marina was very well kept, staff was amazingly helpful and polite, and it was very quick and easy to make reservations. Many amenities that my family enjoyed such as the swimming pool and dinner poolside (3 evenings - the food was excellent). We are looking forward to our next visit to Key West!
We stayed for a long weekend when the Blue Angels were in town! The marina is just getting better and better with each visit. Love the concrete floating docks and your prompt and courteous staff. Beautiful area, good restaurants and an hourly shuttle to Old Town!
Good location, especially if approaching from Marathon. The pool and pool bar were very nice. Free shuttle into Key west or Publix. The staff was fantastic everyone was polite and eager to help. Captains area was above the dockmaster office with great view out to see conditions. We had a group of 6 boats and all had a great experience.
We are completing a wonderful 7 week stay at the Stock Island Marina. We chose it for its protected harbor but it provided for so much more. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and so committed to providing superior service. From check in, to assistance, to maintenance, every detail was covered. The other boaters were very welcoming. Our guests stayed at the adjacent Perry Hotel and we all had great meals and service there. We loved the restaurants in the neighborhood and discovered an authentic French bakery that was 6 minutes by bike away. We have booked for 2 months next year and highly recommend it to all boaters!!!!
We had an amazing short visit last week. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable . The pool had plenty of sun and shade and the food and beverage were delicious. The shuttle to key west was easy and convenient. Key west marinas are difficult to get into most of the time. Stock Island marina village will be on my radar from now on.
Location is convenient to marine services nearby and a very clean, modern facility with friendly and helpful staff.
The marina is great, the dock staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. This is a very organized and strictly run business so service is very dependable. The amenities make up for the busy dock action. We stayed here for 3 days on our way east and it was awesome. We will be back in December for another glorious winter stay!
Very good experience. Nice facility but laid back and accommodating. If I do not stop anywhere else heading back to Pensacola I will make a point to return to this marina for a few days.
We are 125' historic schooner, the staff was kind and supportive and the amenities clean. Stock Island Marina was helpful in working with us on short notice. The marina guest were friendly as well and very neighbourly. A good place to go to get a more laid back version of Key West and still be close enough to downtown to whoop it up. I would go back.
We just spent 3 nights with 4 boats from Marathon Yacht Club and had a wonderful time. The marina is very clean and very professional run. The have Great services and very friendly personal. The entire facility is beautiful. We will defiantly visit there again.
Great service, friendly service. The shuttle service and shuttle drivers are the best. The only item that was remotely disappointing was the Air BNB cleaners taking all the washers and dryers and putting so much in the machines. Those workers defintely need commercial machines. Otherwise, we had a winderful time. Thank you so much.
We stayed at Stock Island Marina for 6 weeks and our experience was delightful.. The entire staff was pleasant, friendly, helpful and most of all understanding when a medical situation made it necessary to extend our stay 2 weeks. We rarely see the level of professionalism and service received at other large marinas that we experienced at Stock Island. We have already booked our stay for next year. Thanks again for a great stay.. John & Gina aboard Alysana.
Great facility - restrooms, laundry very good. Pump out good. There is a need for additional bike racks, VRBO vessels a concern (need to know if docked next to one --- or, preferably, they would all be on one dock). There needs to be a reservation system for use of the boaters lounge.
Stayed for over a month, and wish I could have stayed two more months. The facilities and staff are first class. Brittany and her team were all professional and friendly. Looking forward to coming back.
Nice, very helpful staff...we love having floating docks! All the amenities!
Clean, safe, well maintained, and great staff. We run our boat down from Islamorada and stay at Stock Island Marina Village often! The staff is very kind and accommodation, the docks are well built and secure. There are security guards that monitor the marina. The bar is lively and the pool area is beautiful. Fuel rate is low and the prices are reasonable. Must visit!
Stayed for a month; have booked two months next winter! Staff support is outstanding, roomy slips with long finger piers, many resort-style amenities including day-long shuttle to Old Town Key West.
Great place - beautiful, clean facilities, very helpful staff. We spent two months here and will definitely come back. Only complaint - the WiFi is terrible!
I can't say enough great comments about the staff and facilities. The slips are world class. We were also here last year. Our one major complaint is that during half of the month of February the Captain's lounge has been closed because the onsite hotel Perry manager rented out the lounge. Given what we are paying per month, we should have full access to a facility that we are paying top dollar for. It should be noted that in the last week the lounge has been locked up 24x7 so that marina residents had no access.
Absolutely love Stock Island Marina Village. This is our second year back and this is one of the top Marina's we have experienced in 5 years and over 10,000 nautical miles. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The laundry and shower are well cared for cleaned several times a day. All amenities are great. It is beautifully kept resort. I have two concerns: This year the Captain's lounge is being booked during business hours for meetings, which leaves no where for us to go to work. For what we are paying to be here, it is my opinion that the Captain's Lounge should be available for us during business hours. The internet has been a bit spotty but there is significant awareness to address this issue. Overall, it is great!
Everything is new and clean. Great facilities. Noise from airports can be annoying after awhile. WiFi access and coverage is very poor
Very NIce Facility, friendly staff. To far from Old Town Key West.
Beautiful facility with very professional staff. Great amenities with the use of Perry Hotel pool and shuttle service. Pet friendly.
Stock Island Village marina is a wonderful place to spend sometime. We planned on staying a week and ended up staying a month. The marina is first class in all respects. The docks and shower areas are spotless and kept that way. The staff can't do enough for youand all you have to do is ask if you need something out of the norm. The shuttle from the hotel is fantastic. The drivers will help you get to where you need to go. All around a great place to stay when in the Key West area. We will be back.
Excellent marina and staff!! Plan on coming back soon
This was an excellent stop for us. First, the staff was wonderful. The dock crew was professional and thorough and handled lines properly. The office staff was welcoming, happy and helpful. They offered us free beer! And dog cookies! The docks were solid and clean and the entire place was tidy. The laundry room was clean and the machines ran well. The restaurants were attractive, happy hour was good, the pool was nice. Everyone needs to understand that the surrounding area is marginal at best, although one of our fav restaurants is the walkable Roostica. My reason for the 4 stars not 5 is that the "fitness center" needs to be put out of its misery. Apparently an upgrade is on the horizon, but in the meantime, let's just say the marina shouldn't include "fitness center" as a legitimate amenity.
Beautiful facilities. Substantial cement floating docks with nice touches such as a “trap” accross the front of the docks so that hoses and shore power cords are not a tripping hazard. Clean restrooms, laundry, and showers.
Just stayed at Stock Island VIllage Marina for two days.... have been tying up there on my way to and from Mexico since the marina opened.... It has always been a great place to fuel up, has easy acess to obtaining provision. Service is great... fuel easily accessible and fast, a well sheltered place to relax before a long trip and now even better with restaurants and bars right there.... best marina in Key West.
Amazing marina! Stock Island is by far one of the nicest full service marinas! Super clean and the staff is on top of making sure you are taken care of. From communication through the entrance to help with departure and everything in between they are five star. Laundry, showers, facilities and amazing restaurants and bar right there. You don’t even need to leave to have a most relaxed and satisfying stay. I was able to walk to a convenience store worry about where I was. Safe place. We cant wait to return! They really make you feel welcome even if you are there one night or 10,
What a exceptional marina. We stayed for 30 days. The staff were terrific. The newest floating docks with pump outs at slip. All facilities were very clean. Hourly shuttle service to shopping and town. My best marina experience in 40 years. M/v Plane To Sea
I brought the 240 foot Motor Yacht Hasna in to Stock Island for a few days in November. I found the Staff to be incredibly helpful and friendly and the marina facilities were excellent. The dock itself is in good shape. The channel is well marked. All in all an excellent option.
We were introduced to Stock Island Marina Village in Key West, FL as the result of an issue with our yacht. In fact, because of the World Championship boat races going on that weekend, all the marinas were filled. And even though they were also full, Stock Island Marina made room for us on a fixed pier. Out of an unfortunate situation came a blessing: being introduced to Stock Island Marina Village. From the very first very kind voice(Hannah) on the phone... to the people(Brittany & Danny) that greeted us to help us tie off...to the many wonderful people we met including Joe, Kyle, Mitch, Melanie, & Misty...EVERYONE was a sincere pleasure to meet & work with. We had planned to stay only a day to have our boat repaired. Yet because of the incredible hospitality, the top shelf service, & the wonderful amenities, our stay for a day turned into a week. Our accidental stay at Stock Island Marina Village in Key West will be intentional next time. What separates them is that it's not just one or two people that are very nice & accommodating, but rather, that EVERYONE we came in contact with working with at the Marina(front office, fuel dock, etc) shared the same objective: to accommodate. They didn't simply "go thru the motions" & they didn't care. Rather, they GENUINELY cared. Class acts. Our experience under the challenging of circumstances ranks 6 out of 5 stars. They stepped up in a big way even when there was "no room at the Inn". We recommend Stock Island Marina Village of Key West without any hesitation or reservation. They not only have raised the bar, they have set the standard. -Joe
We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, friendly helpful staff.
Excellent Marina and services good dockage and easy in and out. Personnel were helpful and fueling was easy
Beautiful new looking marina with all the required services available including a shuttle to Key West. Easy approach and well sheltered.
Very Accommodating, Professional and Clean Marina!
With no reservation, we had to make a last minute stop.. and it was no problem. They have the nicest staff on hand that has been a blessing to deal with.. with a 155ft long vessel it’s not easy finding facilities to accommodate us . But they have done just that.. 5 star service. Thank you again Stock Island Marina for all your help..
We stopped at this marina by accident, because we have engine failure at Dry Tortugas and needed to stay somewhere at Key West to do the repairs, and Stock Island Marina Village has probably the best mechanic shop next door. The marina was quite pricey (what in Key West isn't?), but it was worth every penny. Brand new docks (apparently every boat docked there during Irma was safe and undamaged), wonderful facilities (showers, laundry room etc are air-conditioned), excellent Captain's lounge where we spent many hours hiding from the heat. You can use the adjacent hotel's swimming pool and three restaurants on the property, including our favorite De Lunas for breakfast and lunch. Very safe, very comfortable. The stuff helped us with everything we needed, including extra pump-outs, besides weekly ones, and docking/casting off. What we especially appreciated was that we could use the hotel's shuttle and go to Key West downtown and to Publix free of charge. We stayed there a month and will stay again.
Excellent marina. Great amenities including a pool, very good restaurants , laundry and showers. Staff is very friendly and able. Highly recommended.
Wonderful amenities & facilities, great restaurants.. no need to book a hotel-- they have everything you need on site.
As a new boat owner, this was my first over night stay at a marina. I was so impressed by the experience I had! Stock island was easy to work with & provided more ammenities than I knew possible. The staff was welcoming & helpful & the marina itself was beautifully maintained. I was at ease knowing my boat & trailer were safe during my stay.
We spent two nights at the marina and couldn’t be more pleased. The facilities are great – showers laundry and the store are very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and anxious to help. Having a pool on the property is a serious plus and the convenient shuttle to downtown Key West made the stock Island location just fine .
This marina is the cleanest marina I've ever been to! Staff are constantly cleaning bathrooms! There is a fun captains lounge to hangout in the ac! The Perry hotel has an amazing happy hour 1/2 drinks and food and only a few steps away from the marina. The pool has a few events going on every week which make the place fun and lively and the pool closes at 10pm when does that ever happen?! Also there is usually live music playing at the bar. The shuttle is by far the best part, it takes you straight to key west and publix. One last thing that makes this marina awesome is so much life at the docks! Mantarays, nurse sharks and 4ft tarpon! It's like an aquarium down there!
What a great experience. I was there for almost two months and was treated so well. The staff is the best I’ve seen as well as the facilities. I wish all marinas were this nice. I will definitely be back.
Great power, internet, fuel, new floating docks. Every single person who works there was helpful and friendly. Onsite pool, bars, restaurant, hotel. Only 25 minute uber to Old Town Key West.
Nice marina, great floating docks and very helpful staff. The free shuttle into Key West is very convenient, we used it almost every day we were there. They were flexible when we needed to extend our stay due to weather, and extremely fair with their billing. We will definitely be back!
There aren't enough stars for this marina! They nailed it on all counts, and EXTRA points for Dan...went above and beyond, with a smile the whole time! The Salty Oyster: Happy Hour includes the meals at half off....and the person who decided to put an orange slice & red onion on blacken Mahi....will certainly go to heaven!
This was a very nice marina to stay at. It is on Stock Island away from downtown Key West, but it is near The Perry Hotel and they provide a shuttle service to downtown daily. You can enjoy the downtown excitement and then return to the quieter setting of this marina. There are 220 slips in this marina all on floating docks and this makes it nice to get on and off your boat. The staff is very professional, helpful, and attentive. The fuel dock is easy to access. They pump your boat out on a weekly schedule. The only negatives were 1. There could be more restrooms with 220 slips there are 2 showers for each men and women and then two handicaps accessible. Depending upon what dock you are on it is a long walk to the restrooms. 2. The internet connection you compete for. If you do not have a specific antenna it may be hard to connect at certain times of the day. But you can always walk to the Captains Lounge and get great service. 3. Plan to wash your boat once per week. Since the location of the marina is between the Key West Airport and the Navel Base airport you get a thin black slightly oily film on your boat. That said we would come back again. We understand they intend to add dry boat storage and more facilities in the future.
The facilities here are second to none. The marina and hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. Don’t miss their happy hour.
excellent setting /friendly staff
This place is like a resort. Perfect.
Docked our boat here for lobster mini season for 3 nights. Facility is well kept, clean bathrooms, incredibly friendly staff. This will be our marina of choice from now on when we stay in Key West.
Great faculties and great staff at Stock Island Marina!
Internet to the docks is intermittent. That's the only disappointment. Great free shuttle to town. Heidi at the bar is a gen. Facilities were absolutely spotless.
LOVE this marina. Excellent facilities, free shuttle to town, and everything is sparkling clean from the docks to the laundry room. The dog park, community garden, and captain's lounge are all very nice touches. To top it off, the staff is bubbling over with professionalism and an upbeat vibe. Can't wait to come back once their new pool and restaurants open!
Nice Marina and staff however, I have a catamaran and they charged me significantly more (per foot) than the mega yacht docked nearby. We were on a wall and beam was no factor. The beam of the mega yacht is much greater than mine and they also had a 35ft fishing boat rafted off to them. I have never been charged more than a mono-hull. I found a much better deal in Key West Bight. I will stay there unless Stock Island changes their pricing policy.
