We were disappointed by the communication. We were given a radio channel and a phone number. Neither were answered. We know they received the message because we received a reply via Dockwa. I’m sorry, but we’re on the water, approaching a dock the ladt thing I’m going to start checking is my email! We finally just grabbed any slip, and then were able to check email and find the Dockwa message to just take any slip!
We didn’t mind docking alone, but if that fact was in the welcome notes (docks are not manned Monday through Thursday, or whatever), would have saved us 1/2 of circling, calling, radioing, etc. before we just docked. Thank heavens it was early in the afternoon and a calm day.
Other than that, the docks were fine and the location great. A little rocky from ferry traffic but we’ve had worse,
