I love the location. The Festival was nice. The mooring lines do not appear to be frequently used, as there was substantial marine growth on the lines. This made it difficult to retrieve the line and to handle it. Use a pair of gloves to prevent cuts from the barnacle growth. These should be routinely cleaned and coiled up on top of the mooring.
