Report Review
We arrived on a Monday for 3 nights and noticed available old port moorings near the yachting center where we usually pick one up. We were put way out on a private mooring near the fishing docks. I called the launch and requested a move because we had to attend a wake in town that evening only to be told they were all booked. Needless to say we were soaked and salty by the time we got to the Ann Street pier. During our stay those moorings we’re never occupied and I don’t understand why a move couldn’t have happened. We endured the smell of fish bait and fortunately the weather was perfect after the wind died down so we could cruise in the dingy for the rest of our stay. Can’t say I wasn’t disappointed with the mooring though.
