The images for this listing show three intact docks with boats and T caps. We arrived to find only one dock physically accessible with A LOT of missing boards. I was concerned about my dog and had to walk with care. The image must be an artist rendering. The boards that were in place were not well secured and rode up with our fenders in the swell. The electrical tower had wires hanging loose. The owner and his son were very nice and helpful but we would not have come had we seen an actual photo of the dock. The swell from the cargo boats was intense. The pilings are good quality. The owner said improvements are in the works but have not began yet.
