The team team at the Burlington Boat House is great. On rough days I never had to worry about support on the docks. Someone was always there to help and when we had a maintenance issue they were also very helpful in getting us support. As far as customer service goes, this crew is probably the best that Burlington has to offer.
Security has started to become an issue on the Burlington waterfront and although this crew is phenomenal, the city of Burlington will need to address security for boaters. So ensure you've properly locked up and secured all of your valuables.
