Bare Cove has a rare gem LaunchMaster, Chuck. He has both strong boating knowledge, true finesse in handling the launch, and a very friendly and welcoming personality. The young folks who manage the launch could be more skilled at pulling up to moored boats. Sometimes it was pretty rough and worrisome for my boat.
I would prefer if we could adopt a no tipping policy. If more pay is needed, raise our rates. The reason I say this is that having cash on hand has become increasingly difficult as we shift to a cashless society. I often felt bad that I had no cash on hand because I rarely carry cash. Again, I want the team fairly paid, I just don’t want the team to think I don’t value their service. Thanks.
