The folks at Ferry Dock were incredibly helpful. I mistakenly booked for a day early, let them know AFTER, and they transferred me over. My wife and I are newbies, with a little sailboat, and they moved us to the most protected slip, gave us extra fenders, and helped us out a bunch.
