Fishers Island is now my all time favorite getaway. It has actually beat out Cuttyhunk if you can believe that. Love the island. Quaint doesn't begin to describe it. Nothing to do just like Cuttyhunk, but the island itself is stunningly beautiful.
I cannot say enough about Fishers Island Yacht Club. The staff there were so friendly and helpful. I feel so terrible that I made them stand out in the pouring rain as I arrived in a downpour. Anyway, the facilities were up to date and bathrooms and showers were really nice. Next time I definitely want to bring bikes so we can explore the island some more. I strongly recommend Fishers Island Yacht Club
