Pretty bare bones. Docks in rough shape and electric sketchy at best. we had to move after tying up due to lack of 50a power. we eventually got situated. Dockhand Neal did a nice job. These are fixed piers so be prepared. Not really a yacht club-no bar or restaurant. Showers are clean. Note that 1/2 the island is off limits and private, so our planned biking wasn’t great.
