I've been in this marina several times and found pleasant helpful people that deliver honest caring service. The facilities are well maintained, new in appearance, a nice swimming pool and bath house with a common covered public area. The marina maintenance provider has years of experience as does the dockmaster and can be trusted.

In my brief stay at this marina I saw a prostitute soliciting 'business' on the docks, a fistfight between slipholders, hypodermic needle laying on the ground, near daily underage drinking/partying in the common area, a liveaboard's pit bull bite three different guests, a stolen bicycle, slashed tires in the parking lot, and $1000 worth of scuba tanks stolen off a boat.  All of this being "supervised" by a redneck gun toting banker's hours marina "manager" that spends more time telling racist jokes than actually doing any work. This marina has no physical security, and only has staff on duty Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. After hours get bad here. Unsafe.  My recommendation is to find another marina!!!
