We stayed one night on a mooring. We originally signed up for two nights. However, immediately after signing up for two nights on Dockwa we received notification that dockage was available at another marina, so we cancelled our second night. Hinckley assured us that they would resolve any issue with cancelling the second night, if we had problems with Dockwa doing so. Dockwa promptly cancelled our second night right away and refunded our money. The mooring is in a location with much commercial and pleasure boat traffic creating a very rocky mooring, not Hinckley's fault.
