Riviera Beach Marina Village

The docks were nice with plastic edging. They should train the dockhands on tieing boats. The boaters assume they are familiar but ours couldn't tie a cleat or understand how to stop the boat from coming back. The showers need a good clean as they smelled like mildew. The wifi was impossible to connect to the TV since there was an additional login that the TVs are not capable of handling. The wifi was also intermittent. The city should offer some lower rents to enable boat store or two.

I love this place and the staff are amazing. Harbour Master Glenn is always so cheerful and helpful. His office are always available to help. I can't say enough good things about the dock hands (Donovan, Eric and O'Neil) are always there when you a hand whether it a ride, loading or unloading supplies from the vessel. The marina is very secure, and very well maintained. It was the perfect location to meet up with friends in the area; outfit our boat for passage to the Bahamas. The amenities are clean and well maintained. A little bit of walk to get too, but if you want a short ride they are just a mic click away, even after hours security is happy to help. The marina faces Peanut Island. There is always something fun happening there. To to the south is the Port of West Palm so cool to watch all the big ships come and go and Manatee Lagoon is just on the other side od the Port Bridge. To the North is Blue Heron bridge, and Phil Foster Park...trust me you will always find something to do.

The floating docks were very nice and security is very good. Overall, the staff were somewhat friendly, if you were the initiator. Unfortunately, the restrooms and showers were something you wanted to avoid, not use. It is a mile or more to get to anything from the marina. Not the best deal for the price, I felt.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Tide is very strong running through the dock close to the wall! If in a sailboat, wait for slack tide before coming and going. Restrooms lacked paper towels and soap at times.

Booking a transient slip for a couple days using Dockwa was a breeze. The marina sent all the necessary information by email prior to our arrival. They were quick to answer on Ch16 and the dock hand was there to greet us when we showed up. The docks were newer floating docks, which made it nice getting off and on of our high board catamaran. No issues with power fluctuations and the water pressure/quality was great. Check out was just a simple phone call to the office before we left. Even though the cost was a little pricey, the amenities and facilities were top notch We had dinner at Rafiki Tiki bar and grill close to the marina and the staff and food were great as well. We would definitely stay again and recommend the Rivera Beach Marina.
