Just had our first visit. Floating docks are helpful. the staff is great, super helpful and friendly. Great location, however, for the price of dockage you really don't get anything. Restrooms are in the hotel, not convenient. No laundry facility. On separate note, ate at Waves, part of hotel (inside) and spent our dinner swatting off flies ! Not pleasant. Would love to see some improvements before we return.
