We only can give this 3 stars because the stellar performance of the dock hands, otherwise would have been less The Restaurant, hotel and marina seem to be separately managed - but the bathrooms are in hotel as are the two showers. The shower bathrooms had no toilet paper or paper hand towels (even a day after telling the staff) and had not been cleaned in a while. The webpage advertised laundry on site but there was none - call beforehand if there is an amenity you care about.
