Excellent one night stay! Good protection, easy slips to get in and out of. Nice amenities including a pool and on site restaurant (which is excellent!), 2 washers and dryers, $2/each. No dockhands but easy to tie up yourself. I am sure had we asked for assistance they would have sent someone over. Walking distance to the ferry to Boldt Castle. Would stay again!
Dock was new, power worked great, showers were good, free snacks/coffee was a nice touch. The place felt a bit abandoned as no one else was there, but we enjoyed the area and the pickleball across the street. The game room/workout area are old, but they had new ping pong paddles and balls. Everything could use a good cleaning from the spider webs, etc.

A beautiful property with full amenities and within walking distance of the shuttle to Bolt Castle.
Enjoyable. Great communication from the Dockmaster, with helpful pictures, information and approaches sent in advance. Clean bathrooms, wide docks and ample fairways. Good pool scene. Self-service pump out with ample parts, clean-up hose and designated dock. Sole complaint was low voltage on the 50A power supply. Grounds were well-kept and the vibe was very different than the honky-tonk of Alex Bay. Of course, if you need honky-tonk, the bay is accessible through its municipal pier by dinghy. An upscale experience and we would repeat.

This is a clean, quiet and well run facility with clean water supply, reliable power, new docks and a park like setting. It’s a very nice facility and is in contrast to Alexander Bay which is a hot mess of tacky shops and mediocre restaurants. An oasis.
