Pros: The two young men who helped us dock were very courteous and helpful. Cons: Although a gate code is provided, there is no lock on the gate so anyone could theoretically walk the docks. Restrooms were clean but again, despite having a keypad lock, no code was needed so anyone walking by could easily access them. There was a keypad on the shower/laundry building, but unfortunately there was also a deadbolt lock on the door below the keypad lock so we could not do laundry. They recently had a fire in one of the slips that has caused some issues, but even aside from that the place is just not in good repair. I would recommend spending another $75 and going elsewhere.
