Great location - right off the ICW, excellent onsite restaurant, and walking distance to historic downtown Venice. Also short bike ride to beaches and beachfront restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, as are the local boaters. As noted by others, I'd probably give this 5 stars if we had stayed after construction of the new dockhouse and facilities are completed. Until then, it's a gem that in the process of getting a major polish upgrade.
