Great location - right off the ICW, excellent onsite restaurant, and walking distance to historic downtown Venice. Also short bike ride to beaches and beachfront restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, as are the local boaters. As noted by others, I'd probably give this 5 stars if we had stayed after construction of the new dockhouse and facilities are completed. Until then, it's a gem that in the process of getting a major polish upgrade.

Great local to historic downtown VENICE. Nice bike trail. Calm water even on outside slips. Floating docks, good power & water with powerful $5 pump out at each slip. New bath/dockmaster building will be a momentous improvement....to be completed in April 2020. Helpful, pleasant staff.

Very nice little marina. Walking distance to town for shopping and dining. Restaurant food is good and the people are very nice. Only reason not 5 stars was the construction- they are improving their facilities. Next time we stay it’ll be 5 stars.

This will be a 5 star marina once construction is complete in about 3 months. Presently 1 men’s room old but clean. Great restaurant on site and easy walk to downtown. Staff are wonderful.

Nice marina, excellent dock staff! Easy access to town and a great on-site restaurant. The current bathrooms and showers are not the best, but clean and good hot water. The new ones under construction look amazing! We'll have to stop back and check them out.

Nice docks and good restaurant on site. Restroom / shower facilities not great. Workable but not super well kept. Would stay there again when traveling through.

Unhelpful staff. Did not know how to tie onto a cleat. Facilities are old, dirty and so basic. It’s the motel 6 of marinas. On the positive side - nearby Dockside restaurant is very good.

Excellent marina, awesome stay. We were on the T-head and in slip 14 and both provided a comfortable night even with the close proximity to the channel. Dylan and Kaia, the dock-masters, were extremely helpful and added to the pleasantness of our stay. The on site restaurant is a huge plus as the food is top notch. We intended to stay one night and instead stayed three because we enjoyed it so much. Keep up the great work!

Great marina, we were on the t head in our 22 ft wide sail cat and it was perfect. The dockhand was responsive on the radio and quickly helped us dock in quite a bit of wind and current. Restaurant right there was outstanding.

Once again, Caya, Dylan were awesome! On e of my fav stops.

Great location and easy access to downtown. Pleasant dock help. Docks are in great condition. Bathrooms are okay. Would stay again.

Nice staff clean showers. Good bit of dust from the restaurant parking lot, no on site laundry.

Not a very large marina but large on service. Dylan was great and was always there to help. He is basically a one man band and an expert at it. Docksiders restaurant, which is on property was excellent. Dockwa reservations were easy and quick.

We use this marina for a quick overnight stop to break up longer cruises. The marina staff is friendly and helpful, the heads are clean and maintained, and the docks are clean. We travel with our dog and the walk areas are good within the marina.

We visited the marina by boat May 5th, 2018 (Cinco de Mayo) and had a great experience. Dylan was the gentleman at the marina we dealt with and was most helpful with docking, H2O/elec hook ups and even a dockside pump out. The marina has everything you need including gas/water/elec, single user bathrooms with shower, and an onsite restaurant (Dockside Waterfront Grill) with excellent choices for food and drink. Downtown Venice is also a very short walk over the bridge, with more restaurants, and shops to chose from. The Seafood and Music Festival was going on while we were there. One of my favorite things about the marina is that it is pet friendly with floating docks that rise and fall with the tide making it easy to access the boat for everyone. The Waterfront Grill is pet friendly as well. All things considered I highly recommend this marina especially if you have pets, whether just passing through or looking for some place different to spend a weekend. Excellent service. Very helpful staff and very friendly.

This is a smallish marina located on the GICW. The slip we were faced the ICW. Although it is a no wake zone, we were rocked frequently by inconsiderate boaters. The floating docks are in great shape. Pump out in the slip. Water pressure was not great. Some have complained about the WI-FI signal being poor, we did not find that to be the case. Although the WI-FI is slow. The restaurant at the marina was busy, we had dinner there one night. There is no UBER in Venice, and Cab service is slow to arrive.
