The stay was scheduled and could not load the required documents, therefore the stay was cancelled. Unfortunately the desk didn't proceed with the cancelation and are now charging me for something we didn't use and that they didn't even provide us with a slip number. I wish I could give it 0 stars because they were to call me back when the person was in the office and I received no call. I will be calling again today.
