Awesome place! The entire facility is clean and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Great marina, great service!

Marina is very nice and very clean. Docks are very nice and well spaced. The cleats on the docks seem to be in just about the worst possible place for my boat and others that I noticed. The entry gate/code system may add another level of security but it doesn’t always work right. We had to get creative to get one person on the other side of the security gate to open it for the rest of the herd. My code worked at the main gate but the one in the dock. Overall very nice and the shortcomings can be easily overcome

Reservations went well but myself and my guest were getting shocked. After walking thru security gate on our hussle to b-7 - we were being shocked along the whole walk and around the boat as we untied the boat. If all the ground connection are good, you may need to ground all tie up cleats..

Friendly staff, nice facility, beautiful new dock, easy access to the lake. Overall great experience with Havasu Riviera Marina. Always so helpful and go above and beyond. Needed a gas can for one of our skis that had run out of gas and they let us borrow theirs.

Perfect weather delayed me and it was no problem. Will book again.

A VERY LONG WALK TO THE SLIP...B7..FOR AN OLDER PERSON. AND DID YOU CHANGE THE NUMBERING SYSTEM RECENTLY? I'VE BEEN ON DOCK C BEFORE AND NOW IT HAS MOVED. AND THE TRAILOR PARK WAS TOO FAR AWAY....THE LAST ONE HIGH UP...GATES WERE LOCKED WHEN WE CAME TO PICK UP THE TRAILOR. SORRY TO COMPLAIN, BUT IT WAS NOT THE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I EXPECTED.

The staff at this marina are awesome! From our greeting and info at the gate to our experience at the store. They happily helped us when we called to ask if we could delay a day and they happily helped us to add a day. When we got off the water a man in a cart asked us if we would like a ride to the truck. Not to mention the launch ramp is our favorite

Trailer parking for short term renters is very far away, even when the weekend was not busy. I recommend more wheel barrows as there seems to be only two. They are very convenient and we appreciate being able to use them.

Amazing! What a gorgeous marina, pristine! The store had great selection and the ice was cheaper than anywhere else! And the workers were so helpful too.

It was a pleasure dealing with the ladies at the desk and docked was easy to maneuver.

Just paying for the illusion of security. My dock didn’t have a gate at the dock. My code didn’t work the first night I got on the water so I just simple drove around the gate, which was open more nights then not. I just don’t see the value paying $480 to park my boat on the water for 7 nights, 8 days. I’d just rather use sit six and risk parking my boat in the parking lot because it not much safer at this marina.

Staff is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Facilities are always clean. The marina store is always stocked with the necessities....and the non essential items that you just have to have !

WOW!!! So many great things about this marina. 1. short no wake zone to lake, 2. slips close to marina, don't have to carry load and walk forever 3. parking close and convenient. 4. gas fill ups is not in crowded launch ramp area 5. marina store has everything 6. clean bathrooms 7. dock doesn't get hot on feet and doesn't sway 8. Superfast slip check in 9, Staff is extremely nice and friendly.

Easy to use and very convenient

The docks/slips are top notch. Super nice and made out of material that barely gets hot. The store is phenomenal, so many top of line items and not over crowded like so many other marina stores. The parking lot is very spacious and well organized as well as the launch ramp. All in all it is a “state of the art” marina!! Love it and will continue using this location in the future. Also, the staff is awesome, so friendly and helpful!!

Fantastic Marina

Like the width of the dock and space between rows in the marina. Store is nice and fair price on ice. Nice to have electrical hook up close to slip. Would suggest the "no wake zone bouie" outside the marina be increased another 50' to allow approaching boats room to slow down to avoid accidents coming and leaving marina.

The stay was scheduled and could not load the required documents, therefore the stay was cancelled. Unfortunately the desk didn't proceed with the cancelation and are now charging me for something we didn't use and that they didn't even provide us with a slip number. I wish I could give it 0 stars because they were to call me back when the person was in the office and I received no call. I will be calling again today.

The folks at the havasu riviera marina are so helpful and courteous. They have a beautiful store and service with a smile. I would highly recommend a visit.

1. Need to protect boats from wakes. 2. Patrol the marina for wake abuse and careless captains. 3. Take more actions to preserve and protect boats in slips.

To summarize, this facility represents a combination of outstanding engineering with the highest quality materials, operated by a competent, courteous staff who clearly likes their jobs and enjoys making things easy for boaters.

Shane was awesome. The man on golf cart was wonderful at helping me with truck & trailer I didn't get his name and what a beautiful marina. I am handicapped next time I will get a slip not so far down! The girls at entrance were very friendly!

Awesome facility. Extremely easy to rent and also very easy to launch and recover and really nice large slips. Everyone is really helpful that we have ran into there. This is our second year renting a slip and will definitely repeat next year!

Very nice place, experience and location. I would use this Marian and slip again. Everything is fairly new, the launch ramp is nice. The docks do have an electrical grounding issue and getting shocked while unlocking the door or walking was a common experience.

Docks in beautiful shape. Personnel helpful. They have non ethanol 91 gas. Nicely protected yet great access to the lake without long no wake zone. Wonderful place. We'll be back.

New dock and facility was very nice and clean. The bad experience happened at the slip rental itself. I was not aware that the slips are actually dual boat slips. That means you are sharing a dock with another boat and have to trust that they know what they are doing. Unfortunately i think my neighbor was not very experienced. My first day on the lake upon arrival to my slip his boat had become untied from the rear cleat and was completely sideways across both spots. We had to tie off on another slip and go re tie his lines that were not properly secured. My second day out to the lake i arrived to a huge gash on my swim platform. It isn't just a scratch the fiberglass is completely caved in. Unfortunately i had no proof to accuse him. When i asked the marina to look over their cameras i was told they did and unfortunately could not see anything clear because of the distance... and i just had to trust that. While I understand things happen at the lake and it's a part of the hobby we all love to do, I just wish at the slip I would feel just a bit "safer." I'll be sticking to the single, older slips at lake havasu marina. I'll never be coming back here again. If you care about your boat and don't won't to trust it around other Boaters in tight quarters like on a dock, stay away from this place.

Overall was a great experience. Slips were at a great location, staff was very helpful. The only recommendation is on the forth coming back to the marina at night was very dark. The entrances to the marina are not well lit. Thank good for a full moon but people were having a hard time docking. Need more lights if only solar on the ends of each dock and at intersections. Compared to Havasu Marina which is well lit, yours is extremely dark. I love the marina and it’s very accessible for me. Thanks.

This place took Havasu to a new level. The launch and docks are brilliant. The Marina store is very cool. A special shout out to the guy who runs around in the golf cart who never fails to show up when you are walking back to the dock from the truck and pick you up up and give you a ride. He is cool as fuck. Everyone who I have interacted with that's employed there have been amazing. Even the general manager stopped by the first time I was launching there asked me what I thought of the place and what I thought they could do better.

Our weekend was Awesome. Your Marina was outstanding. Obviously new, but still well maintained and the entire staff friendly and helpful. I actually booked this accidentally thinking I booked Havasu Marina. Best mistake ever. You guys are going to put their crappy dangerous docks out of business. Thanks Again Diana McKay

Marina is awesome! There is plenty of space to get our large boat in and out easily and plenty of truck and trailer parking. The bathrooms are clean and the marina sells all the essentials for boating and then some. The price is comparable to a slip at London Bridge, but without the added cost of staying at the resort. Defininitely will book it again if we stay anywhere other than London Bridge when we go next time!

Awesome job planning and implementing this project. We found everything to be very user friendly and efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We love this place and we plan to make this the Marina we’ll be using from now on.

Outstanding marina. Anytime I'm in havasu I plan on booking this marina. It's new. It's clean and the staff are amazing.

It was great, everyone is so nice and helpful

We love the Rivera. We love the wagons they provide at the front to help get our cooler on and off the boat. We also love the convenience store where we picked up ice every day and other things like sun block, snacks and my daughter’s favorite was the dip n dots ice cream. The docs were easy to get in and out it and the gas pump on the water was very convenient and easy to use as well. We will be back again!

Overall it was a good experience. The docks, parking lot, and recreation area were all well kept and clean. They had food trucks on sight and the store was well stocked and immaculate. The booking was excellent and the staff were great. I was checked in immediately and received my tags for the trailer and boat. My only complaint was that I was given a courtesy slip as my reservation and there was no electrical hookup near by. The problem with having a reservation in a courtesy slip is that if a boater came in to buy something from the marina store while I was out of the slip, they could unknowingly park in my reserved slip. I don’t know if they overbooked and decided to use the courtesy docks for more reservations or if that is a regular practice. I’m glad I didn’t have to address that issue with another boater.

The facility is by far the finest in Lake Havasu City, we have tried them all over the years and will be coming here always from now on. The staff was pleasant and offered assistance before we even needed any. Secure gate slip access gave us a underlying feel of security for our boat and goodies. Absolutely loved it!

Very nice marine. Horrible slip. The big rollers would come in through the entrance to the marina along with people throwing big wakes going through marina and rock my boat and slam it into the dock. I used every rope I had and every bumper to protect my boat but It was rough enough to snap two ropes and slam my boat into the dock and damage it. If you’re in a54 I would ask to move or pull your boat out every night. Convienent but a waste of $300 dollars when you end up getting damage to your boat and can’t leave it in with out worrying all night

I love the marina, but find it unable to allow me to choose the type of slip I want. It automatically gives me a double slip (which I will not use) instead of a single. I have to figure this out or I will not use this marina again. I tried to ask at the marina but they said it had to be done through the app. If you can help me in being able to secure a single slip instead of the double, I will be happy to give it the 5 stars it deserves.

The slip rental was very helpful for the 2023 WON Lake Havasu Striper Derby. The docks are in great shape and there was a maintenance person cleaning the docks each day. Tammy and Mark at the Marina were super helpful and very responsive to requests.

Was very nice and clean all the staff were courteous , Tammi in the office was great to get you going on your river journey! Which you could just stay there in the marina and hang out at there beautiful man made beaches!

Nice spot , just some confusion on our assigned slip . Had to park our vehicle and trailer at least a quarter mile from our slip , but did have a shuttle , so that in the end made things workable .

The marina is spacious & well designed. The staff handled this extremely busy weekend with ease. They were friendly, informative & very professional. I would highly recommend

great service at check in, the slip being brand new was perfect. I was worried about reloading the boat at the end of the stay because it was very windy but whoever laid the place out nailed it in that the wind was blowing directly up the ramp with zero cross winds.
