Columbia Crossings Ramp

If it's anything else like Columbia crossing has to offer it's going to suck for us the snobs keep their nose up and we keep our head down kind of sucks but it's true it is what it is.08/20/21 wouldn't you know it since I posted this review I've got an eviction notice haha.8/21/21 sorry to the people that this may affects I have sympathy for you but that's what we have to deal with take it or leave it I choose to leave it hopefully you will too. Please work on your management Columbia crossings just a piece of advice. Hell take a look at your reviews and see where you're going.

I have been mooring my boats here since 1992. During that time the moorage has changed ownership. In the past 15 years the facility has gone down hill substantially. Maintenance is nearly non existent. The walkways have shifted allowing tripping hazards everywhere. The whole east end was damaged by sand level build up and was not dredged and has not been restored. The wood edges where all the attachments are installed are all rotten and haven't been replaced. The storage bins are warn and when damaged are removed and not replaced. Their lease documents are filled with conditions that make leaving very difficult. It's obvious that their only concern is collecting rent and nothing more. I will not be coming back.
