Mooring was great and included a pick-up stick. Nantucket Moorings showed us to our mooring but didn’t wait for the tip. Launch moved quickly but had a bit of a delay in the pick-up. Pump-out boat was very visible although we did not take advantage if that service. Mooring price was competitive. Look forward to returning soon in fact, liked the mooring better then the slips. Many moorings were open even though they were turning away boaters who had sane day requests. Nantucket Moorings did adjust our schedule with a modest ip-up-charge when we had to change because of weather.overall. Great experience .
The team at the Edgartown Harbor Master are great, professional and conversant in all aspect of the mooring process. A big shout out to the pump out guys. They were polite, professional and very efficient. Communication was great by all as was the launch. We've been visiting for 20 years. One of our favorites.
One of the worst marinas that I have ever stayed. If they don't want sailboat transients then don't take the reservation. We were treated like unwanted visitors. No dock support. No call from the Dockmaster regarding slip assignment. Had to call to confirm dock assignment and hours of operation. No help from the resort desk. Were given keys but no info on facilities, no info on how to navigate the many rooms to best get in and out of the facility. We were obviously just wasting the valuable time of the resort desk. We had to wander around until we found the right door to get in and out. The resort wouldn't take our dinner reservation even though there were at least 15 tables available. We arrived and departed without any interaction from any of the staff. Couldn't wait to leave. I have been to over a hundred marinas during my sailing experience. This was the worst.
Very nice marina. Comfortable restaurant and bar. Small beach. Many families. Kids were having a fun time. Great entertainment during the afternoon. Soft yet live performance. Nice, comfortable deck furniture. Staff was great. Answered all of our questions. This is a hidden gem.
Great service. Many dock staff to assist in your arrival. Professional communication on entry to the marina. Great facilities, restaurant, pool, showers, rest rooms. Excellent repair service. Highly recommend the marina.
