Staff wasn’t overly helpful & seemed bothered by questions. Also a long walk from our T dock to the bath house & office. The town itself was great though!!!! So much to do for a small town!!
Brand new in July with floating docks, fueling at ever slip, huge patio with food & drinks and the MOST wonderful owners & staff!!
The staff were all amazing!! Super helpful, quick to respond to any questions & made for a great stay!! The marina itself is very peaceful & full of nice people!
It would help to have an assigned spot to dock. In addition there’s no protection from river traffic. Mary & the guys at the dock were very friendly & helpful!!
All new staff who are confused about everything. Told us the wrong slip # which caused confusion & frustration. Dock hands had ZERO line handling skills!! & last we were kept up until 2am by loud music. But on the positive side, the facilities are nice. 😀
We’ve never had service like we did at Snug Harbor!! They helped us get docked with lines, fenders, shore power & water!!! Amazing!!!
