Open to the public on a first-come first-serve basis, Emerald Harbor Marina (formerly Watson Bayou Marina) located in Watson Bayou in beautiful Panama City, Florida. Emerald Harbor is conveniently located marina with waters protected from hurricane winds. We are approximately six miles from the Panama City pass and the Gulf of Mexico and just off the Inter-coastal Waterway. We offer our tenants 24 hour access to nice, clean bathrooms with full-sized showers and free laundry.
Docks, electrical and water are all brand new as of 2021 and we anticipate having a pump out at every slip in the third quarter of 2022. Come stay for a while or just for a night.
Seth was great, Nick also helpful. Quiet and great people living on their boats there. Dog friendly.
We really enjoyed our stay there. Seth is a very competent manager and assisted us getting our boat tied up extremely well prior to a storm. The free laundry is excellent. Bathrooms and shower were clean and tended to. Power is available for 30 or 50 amp, the only reason I held back a star is that we didn't have wifi and there's no marina store. The website said there is a courtesy vehicle, but that's no longer the case. Overall a very good experience!
Beautiful cove and nice marina. Seth was wonderful to work with. Sincerely helpful and friendly. Docked without issue with help from Andre. Only minor issue was that the boater facilities weren't clear as to where they were. We were in late and out early without opportunity to explore any further than the field for our dogs. Thank you Seth and Andre.
This place is absolutely awesome. We’ll be staying again soon!
4 stars ONLY because they are still bringing to life this once Hurricane Michael destroyed marina . . . 5 Stars for a caring, accommodating crew . . . Protected area, free laundry (save your quarters) and more good things ahead . . .
