Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Newburyport. Not as chaotic as the town dock, much quieter with fantastic staff. Special shout-out to Pat who was "over the top" welcoming and helpful. Frankly it's now our 'go to' place in Newburyport.

Moorings are INSANELY expensive. More than anywhere I've ever seen.
Nice facilities, showers, free WIFI, The only diesel and Gas in Portsmouth Harbor, transient moorings (although no transient dockage) with launch service.
