Nice facility. The dock was helpful coming in. Everyone was very nice. We booked last minute and the dockmaster was very helpful.
We arrived at 1 on Saturday with 2 other boats. There were no dock hands to help any of us get in. We were told they were coming, but they never showed up for any of us. Once situated, we went to the pool. There was a wait list for the pool because of covid restrictions. We were put on the list and kept checking back. After almost 4 hours of waiting, we found out they had been taking smaller groups instead of our group of 8. The next morning we were walking to breakfast and checked in with the office and they said we could not get passes until 11. That if we were back by 12 we shouldn't have a problem. We were back at 11:45 and the pool was at capacity. We waited for two hours and finally headed home. A weekend of waiting with the pool, that never happened with our two children. It was just very disappointing. The restrooms were clean and they had a band Saturday evening.
