New ownership has made some upgrades to buildings and electrical services. Staff is much friendlier than previous ownership. No rafting which is a lot less stessfull.
Not having the bar at the end of the dock is nice. Much more of a relaxed feeling compared to Champlains. Not a million people walking down the docks. Dock hands were very nice and efficient.
