We stayed on a mooring ball for several days. Fantastic location in downtown Boston with friendly, helpful staff.
Huge mooring field. Launch boats available for getting to/from shore. Staff is super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Dockside Grill is the onsite restaurant. If you want a table, best to make a reservation - or the bar is 1st come, 1st served. Not much right in the area, but an easy UBER ride to Portland.
We stayed on a mooring. 47' Catamaran and had plenty of swing room. The staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean, laundry machines are free and close walk to town.
We stayed on a mooring ball for several nights. The marina is in a beautiful setting and the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. They offer several amenities like a 2 hour loaner car, bikes and a small snack shop for no extra charge. It is an easy dinghy ride into Kittery or over to Portsmouth. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return in the future.
We reserved a mooring ball for 2 nights. Quick response when we arrived to advise on our location and quick response when we asked to stay a 3rd night. Friendly staff. Easy location to dinghy to town. Convenient laundry available at the marina. We enjoyed walking around New Bedford, the Whaling Museum & all the Portuguese food!
Mooring staff met us in their work boat when we entered the harbor and led us to our mooring which was very helpful. Expensive mooring but in good shape and close to town.
We stayed on a transient mooring. Very friendly staff. Beautiful yacht club building and grounds. Easy dinghy ride into free town dock or launch service is available. We look forward to returning and staying here again.
Friendly staff and members. Easy in/out as you don’t need to go through the locks if coming from the ocean-side. Clean restrooms.
Friendly staff. Warm homemade blueberry muffins and coffee delivered to the boat in the am. Beautiful setting. Highly recommend stopping here!
