Docks are floating and in good condition.
Bus stop right in front of the marina for access to Brooklyn and the subway

NoReportGreat stay at KPYY Staff are very professional and friendly. Jason runs a great yard and is a pleasure to work with. Moorings and docks are in perfect condition and very protected from Wind and wakes. Internet was a little spotty sometimes. Only place in Portsmouth area I would stay.
