We are a private club that welcomes new members. Through volunteerism, we maintain our own docks and upgrade our facilities as necessary for all of our members.
Champlin's Dock had lots of activities and entertainment. There is a restaurant and plenty of places to eat and buy souvenirs. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed ourselves. The dock where we tied off is a stationary dock, so we had to be mindful of the tides. I checked the lines several times and adjusted them twice before I got a happy medium. One comment is that their prices are quite high, but I did not have to worry about rafting off of another boat as they do not seem to do that anymore at Champlin's. At least they did not do that this weekend.
