Excellent stay overnight. The facilities are awesome, price is great, and it's nearby downtown St Pete with all it has to offer. The only drawback for us was that we were apparently too far from the wifi access point to get access. Recommend either installing a repeater, or at least let guests know of the limitation.
Price is right. But, not having shower or latrine facilities is a big drawback. And the maintenance guy at the Shrimp Boat restaurant spraying down the outdoor table apparently pointed the hose directly at my boat portholes, drenching the inside of the boat. Also, add directions to the facility on the web site, and the email confirming reservations. Adding a map of the facility so I could find the slip would be helpful as well, as the slips are not well marked.
