Staff is wonderful, as always. New buildings are almost complete - new restrooms are open and luxurious, with new washers and driers. Restaurants will be open within weeks.
So far this summer, we've visited this marina on three different occasions. The staff and facilities are tremendous and the welcome we receive had a tremendous impact on this season's boating experience.

Very well managed and a relief that one town isn't intent on ripping off cruisers. $45 per night is OK, despite the lack of any services. Dinghy dock is very tight. Note, Moorings close in are subject to very strong currents which can run differently from the wind. Most difficult pickup we've had in 40 years, other than Biddeford Pool.
Excellent restaurant and staff. Slips and moorings subject to many small wakes. Beautiful .
