We are sorry about your experience with the lack of hot water. We will certainly look into the problem. As far as the Launch/Dock service is concerned, we have never had daily service after Labor Day. We have, however, offered Limited service on the 2 weekends following Labor Day if business and weather permit. Our Limited services are clearly indicated on the Dockwa reservation page. We have also been impacted by the coastwise labor shortage. We are sorry that your stay in our harbor was not up to your expectations or that you got bad info about our services. Our summer dock/launch staff works very hard during regular season hours and we are proud of their performance. We hope that you will give us another chance next season. Regards.
