Marina Response:
We apologize to our customers and friends for having to read this extortion review. The photos and emails are altered or have nothing to do with our work and the post is using a newly created alias. Mr. Josh Stein (alias Avid Boater, Mystery & Josh Harrison) arrived at our yard in late December with nowhere to go as each Beneteau dealer and several yards up the East Coast kicked him out or refused to do work for him. As a boating community gesture, considering the time of winter, we agreed to help him during his time of need. We now regret our offer of help. However, we do not regret standing up to his threats of extortion for money. We stand by our reputation created over the past 33 years of servicing our New England boaters and trust if you have any questions or concerns, that you will call us at 508.990.1011 and ask for true customer referrals and people you can speak with directly. Thank you.

this marina could be so much more than the dump that it currently is. pilings are terribly placed. sharp rusted metal sticking out of pilings that will easily scratch boats. staff doesnt seem too knowledgeable about boats. their electric system is poorly designed and cannot handle a decent load. only pro is how cheap it is, especially if you are a suffolk county resident.

had an overnight transient reservation. my vessel draws 3 feet. my slip for the night was right next to their main channel. at low tide i was sitting on the bottom, stuck in mud. we could not leave when we wanted and had to wait for high tide. this marina is in desperate need of dredging. they should be liable for any damage / clogging to engines, HVAC, etc, as a result of lying about their depths.
