Absolutely a must stop for mariner’s traveling on the intercoastal. The gentleman that runs the marina is warm and welcoming. Free laundry on site, golf carts to go into town, grocery, restaurants all close by. They have fuel and propane on site. Give it an A plus rating!!
The best dock hands on the east coast. Always hospitable and helpful. Even if I have to make it a short day going through I make it a point to stop at Coinjock.
Stayed during August while Covid -19 was in bloom. Would have enjoyed it more if the restaurant was Mormon the ball. When I first went up I asked about reservations as my husband has trouble walking distances. No reservations. But the girl said you can call 15 minutes before and we will give you an estimated time. Called she said come right up. I went up immediately and was told a 30-45 minute wait. Gave me number and we walked back to the boat. She said she would call when ready. No sooner had we walked down to the boat. My husband hobbling behind then the phone rings( possibly 3 minutes later). Table is ready now. We once again walk up(3rd time) and finally seated. Tried to use the door closet to the boat but the lady said no have to go all the way up front. Not very accommodating to an older gentleman who has issues with walking distances. Marina staff was great though!
Plymouth Harbor is a nicely protected quiet harbor. The Harbormaster was very hospitable and helpful on our initial radio transmission. They went above and beyond finding us a mooring for the 4th of July weekend, with your mooring comes unlimited use of the harbor launch which is not an added expense. They have done a lot of upgrades to the harbor and the area surrounding and you can see it. I highly recommend a stay in the Historic Harbor where the Pilgrims sailed to in 1620. Can’t say enough good things about the whole Harbormaster staff as the have to be the most helpful of any I have encountered in my travels up and down the East Coast of the United States.
Beautiful brand new docks. Greeted by helpful, knowledgeable dock James. The Marina has undergone extensive remodeling. The whole resort is your playground and it has everything you could want at one marina. Two pools, two bars each with their own happy hour running one after the other. Use of all the resort including the gym, the hourly shuttle and great restaurants with outdoor campfires the gather around at night. Great monthly rates and helpful dock staff. If you want to be in Key West but want some quiet time too this place is for you! I just left and couldn’t be happier!
