Great place. Just a note...not good with a north wind. People are great. Beach is beautiful. Great concession. Band on the weekend.

Our stay was great. Perfect accommodations. Beautiful protected marina. Great ships store and restaurants. 5 minute ferry ride to World Trade Center.
