Once again, our stay at Safe Harbor Mystic was great. We did have an issue with our head and one of the techs, Dennis, came down and in a little over an hour solved the issue. We could not have been more pleased. We look forward to another delightful visit.
Everyone at the Boat Basin were extremely helpful when docking and departing, and when passing them on the dock always said hello, and answered any questions we may have had. This is second visit to the Basin and look forward to return visit.
The manager was outstanding, she came around to make sure everything was good after we arrive. The marina is located in a complex with the Hyatt Place L.I. and as a transient you have the use of 2 pools, and restaurants on the premises, and access to the town is convenient. The River Walk Park is pleasant and has a number of restaurants overlooking the park. My wife is particular about the restrooms at marinas we stay at and she thought these were clean and well taken care of. The two items I was disappointed with were the conditions of the transient docks, old wooden ones were shoes were a necessity, and one of the staff. The young man who "assisted" us in docking was really no help and never said hello and we were there for four days. We have stayed at a number of marinas and the dock hands are really the first people you come in contact with and can help set the tone of the visit, and unfortunately did not occur at T.C.M.. Having said that I would go back and stay as we really enjoyed the marina and location.
Great - the staff was wonderful on a very busy weekend. Love staying there.
SHPP is a great marina with a friendly and helpful staff. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is refreshing. My granddaughters loved the playground not far from the pool and Liv's Restaurant located in the marina serves up a great lobster roll.
Had a wonderful stay at Brewers Greenport, everyone in the yard was friendly and helpful. Shuttle into town made it easier to do both some shopping and relaxing at the marina pool. We will be back.
