Nicely located in downtown Winslow on Bainbridge Island, this marina is a fantastic destination for one-day or overnight trips from elsewhere in the South Puget Sound, or for long-term moorage. The main gangway puts you right on the boardwalk in the middle of town, with many shopping and dining choices. It's a short bike ride or walk to the Seattle Ferry, which makes the marina more convenient for a Seattle visit than even Seattle's marinas. Adjacent to the marina is a nicely equipped chandlery, a coffee house that also has a full bar, a theater, restaurants, book stores, banks, and any other amenity you might want. There is ample access to public transportation as well. The docks are concrete, and are aging, but well-maintained. The docks will be replaced in the next year or so.

Private marina with perhaps the most beautiful views of any marina in the San Juans. Deer Harbor is well located in the center of the islands, and has a remote feel. The amenities nearby, the view, and the protection from Crane Island make this an ideal spot for moorage.

This is a friendly, well-run marina with plenty of room even during busy times. The radio operator sits out on the breakwater in summer and keeps on top of everything. Fuel is reasonable, pumpouts are free, and temporary tie-up on the breakwater is free. There are many restaurants, shops, an aquarium, a museum, and other amenities a very short walk from the marina. Minus one star for some rickety dock fingers. Great destination, good fun, and a good night's sleep.

Cap Sante Marina is one of the finest marinas I've visited. The breakwater is effective, the docks are in excellent condition (except for E and F dock which will be replaced next year), the prices are fair, the people are knowledgeable and friendly, and the show and bath facilities are excellent. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and there are frequent events held at the marina, such as Trawler Fest, Various boat shows, and the weekly farmer's market a block away every Saturday in summer. Pumpout facilities are free, and easily accessible. The fuel dock won't keep you waiting like other Anacortes Marinas, and there are enough services nearby that I'd highly recommend the marina to anyone seeking repairs.
