Great staff! Nice location, close to downtown restaurants and sightseeing. Only downside is that bathrooms, showers and laundry are quite far away.
Great location, close to the very quaint downtown area. Excellent restaurants and cute shops. The marina staff is friendly and helpful.
Paducah is a great, historic city and we really enjoyed exploring the downtown. The quilt museum is a must see! The marina is a short walk into town. There is no Marina office on sight and you have to call to get help at the dock, there is rarely any marina staff on the dock. We stayed there 3 nights and checked the day before we left to see if we could get a pump out the morning of departure and they said we could. When we tried to get our pump out, we found out there was no electricity. One of the other boaters told us they had been notified of the planned outage, but no one told the rest of the boaters on the dock ( and apparently not the employee that told us otherwise). There are no bathrooms or laundry facilities. It was windy during our stay and several times boats on the outside wall pulled into the gas dock during the night because the rocking was so bad.
The people are very nice here, but the cost ($2 a foot) is too high for this marina. The restaurant was closed while we were there (2 days) and there are no other restaurants or grocery stores in the area.
This is a wonderfully managed marina! The dock hands are are either helping boaters or cleaning docks. We have never seen a cleaner facility. They even offer rides to town and back! Highly recommend! - MIRTH
Delays at the locks kept us from arriving until after dark. We radioed ahead and dock hands we’re waiting to help us with lines when we arrived. They even helped us get our power cord connected. The marina is clean, has a restaurant, bar, entertainment and even some groceries. Highly recommend!
