It was ok. Great location by walking right into Essex but as far as a Quality of a marina goes, there was no one around to help, no store, Just a slip to stay in and desolate in all other ways. It was disappointing the WiFi was not working Especially since cell service here is weak. If you just want a very quiet place near town, it’s a decent choice.
Place is so so. It’s nice that they have a small store, fuel, a bar and take out restaurant. Not fancy which is fine but it all serves it’s purpose. Biggest complaint is the bar plays music pretty loud until after midnight even on weekdays so forget about trying to get to sleep at a normal time. Annoying that they don’t put and end to it by 10 or even 11. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Generally a nice place. Has a well appointed store and a causal restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. Two negatives I’d say. It’s very expensive at about $8/ ft. Store prices are similarly high. I paid $55 for a 25’ dock line I needed. Also with a lot of fishing boats, it can sometimes get a bit noisy by about 6:30 am so not great if you want to sleep a bit late. Sunday’s seems quite than other days.
Very nice place but disappointed that there is no good option there to get anything for breakfast. There’s a little coffee shop but only good they have are things like pastries, muffins and apple turnovers. Some healthy choices like yogurt, eggs etc would make this place perfect
