Easy access to the slips and it is located right in the village so there is no need to take a car. Everything is easily walkable. Nice protected dinghy dock, finger and main docks are in great shape. Some big gaps between the dock sections that you need to be aware of but not a big deal.
I love the location and the proximity to everything in town. The dock hands are very attentive and the docks and facilities are in good shape. I also like the fact that they have a pumpout on the inside of the seawall. The fairways are a bit narrow but the dockhands do a great job getting everyone in and out.
This is by far my favorite marina. Dockmaster Greg and his crew do an excellent job coordinating arrivals and departures and the facility is fantastic. The new docks are amazing and the bathrooms are fantastic. Being inside the museum is the best part. Coordinating the two draw bridges is a minor inconvenience but it is well worth it.
Moorings are clearly marked, excellent radio service from the office. Gear was all in great shape.
Love the floating dock. They were very accommodating on short notice.
After radioing in, we were met by the skiff at the beginning of the mooring field and led right to our mooring. We were given a fact sheet with all the info we'd need by the attendant. We had our own dinghy so we didn't use the launch service but there is a dinghy dock available and it's a quick walk into town.
