We love this marina. It has everything we need, but more importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's surrounded by tourist traps, but the pier is a safe haven from all of that.
Friendly staff, nice marina, and great access to the town. The only negative is the nearby Amtrack trains which start blowing whistles around 0430.

Easy approach, nice staff, good restaurant, great view. The water taxi gave us an enchanting late evening tour of the greater harbor, including a close up water's edge view of Battleship WISCONSIN.
This simple marina is convenient to Hampton Roads via a short, well-marked channel. The facilities are modest and unpretentious, but functional and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the dockmaster is quick to respond to our after-hours questions via the Dockwa.com messaging app. It is very quiet and safe at night. Overall, a nice place to rest and catch up on laundry and chores.
