A good marina, protected, good facilities and the staff could not have been more helpful or professional. We would stay there again.
I have had my boat at Crockers for servicing and repairs on two different occasions...owners on premise and available...service top notch...excellent marina and location
Excellent and clean. Swing bridge ch 13 was fun
Dock hands were great upon arrival, Theresa was very helpful upon check in, the pool was wonderful, the facilities were kept clean and downtown was easy walking distance. The rate was good with a helpful Boat US discount. We'll be back.
Nice marina. Friendly and helpful crew. Beautiful pool. Restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return in the future.
Very good communication for arrival instructions on a Sunday (when marina is closed), welcoming boat yard, friendly people everywhere. Easy bridge opening (although you better check the operating schedule). Very well protected. Walking distance to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby.
Friendly staff, nice marina, and great access to the town. The only negative is the nearby Amtrack trains which start blowing whistles around 0430.
Dockhand knowledge of area limited. Docks in poor condition. Didnt feel SAFE to walk alone in town so wont return. On a positive note, they were prepared with paperwork and KEY upon our arrival.
Grandkids loved the pool
Always a great stop! Owners are awesome and facility is very nice! Well protected floating docks and clean facilities.
Very convenient, centrally located to downtown New London for clubs and restaurants
Nice/well protected dockage. Easy walk to numerous bars and restaurants. Helpful competent staff. Great place.
Great service from a well knowledgeable staff. Dock hands were careful with our boat, professional, courteous and swift with service. The pool was clean and pleasant. My go-to for future stopovers in New London.
Great location, easy access, protected cove and very friendly people. Pool onsite and the city of New London is an easy walk with dining, museums, etc.
CBY is a very reasonable marina for cruisers. It’s a large facility, so the dock hands can be overwhelmed and unresponsive on VHF10. They’re very helpful once on scene. The pool is a nice touch and the showers and heads are fine. The facility is weathered but pricing is reasonable. Sailors need to contact the Shaw Cove bridge on VHF13 to request an opening but be prepared to wait since Amtrak rolls over the bridge with surprising regularity!
Friendly and available staff and gregarious boaters. Clean facilities and floating docks. Convenient walk to great food and bars.
Excellent customer service from friendly, professional staff! Well-sheltered location about half-mile walk from downtown waterfront. Floating piers; heads and showers nothing fancy but clean and spacious. Nice pool. Reasonable rate. Positive experience all around.
Good location, friendly staff, I would come back again.
My husband and I have been here several times, including their fireworks weekends and had a great time. The place is very clean, professional and helpful. Other then the fireworks weekends, the place is quiet and restful. I love going to the casino and eating downtown. My husband likes to bike around the coast and all the historic places. Also a great place to go in bad weather!
