Great location, exceptional staff and one pf the best marina stores on the ICW.

Isle of Palms marina is a beautiful spot, about 10-miles north of Charleston on the ICW. It’s peaceful compared to being in the giant harbor, very clean and well appointed, easy fuel Dock. Trent at the marina was exceptionally helpful and attentive.

We are repeat customers and as always, a nice place to stay.

Always a great stop on my way north, or south. Great service from dock crew - kudos to Zack! - and always clean & well maintained facilities. See ya next Fall!

Always my concern is how will this marina work for my dog.. well.. Isle of Palms Marina worked out, there is not much grass but enough and we enjoyed the activity of the boats running around there.

Great marina, dock hands, facility.

Service was great, very clean restrooms, convenient tap and go ice machine and quality security. Location is excellent.

The dockhands were all great, but otherwise this place is a ripoff. The showers and laundry were "closed for reconstruction" -- what? In the middle of JUne? And they don't tell you that when they take your reservation. Also, have to pay for parking in the marina parking lot, even when you are paying for a slip. They charge premium dock fees for some of the worst service I've ever seen at a marina.

Disappointed bathroom/showers were closed and I was not advised!!

Nice marina. Very clean. Good restaurants on premises too. Only problem was bathrooms were out of order and they didn't tell us.

We stayed at IOP for 2 nights. Tyler and his crew could not of been more helpful. Very clean Marina in a No Wake zone, did not get rocked. Great ships store that serves a great breakfast and lunch. Did not eat at the on-site restaurant but was always busy so must be good. This was a great stop

Nice Marina, docks and power pedestals are in excellent condition, the staff is super friendly, but way too expensive for what you get.

The restaurant was great as usual for both service and food. Dockhands were inexperienced as far as tying up boats.

Everyone was great at dock and also Dawlton was the best bartender

Easy in , easy out. Great restaurant for dinner and another for breakfast both were good.

Wonderful Marina. Friendly staff and clean restrooms and laundry. Restaurant on site and a nice grocery store on location for the basics. Great breakfast as well. Will stay again.

Clean friendly convenient. Great spot

This place is different than most I have stayed at. We met my daughter and daughter in law here with their kids for spring break. They probably don’t get a whole lot of transients and most boats were small fishing boats and local. The people were extremely friendly and there was lots to do. Nice restaurant at the end of the pier as well as a general store with great food as well. Easy in and out and the boats obey the no wake zone so we were never rocked. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and is a nice beach.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the ship's store and restaurant next door are great. Would be a 5-star except (1) the bathrooms/showers are dirty, run-down, and broken; and (2) there is no protection from passing boat wakes, making for a noisy / rocky night's sleep.

Managers and staff super friendly and want to help in any way. Great service, great food and shop. New restrooms coming soon. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience there . Dockhands were nice,friendly and helpful. Market had what we needed except lunch meat. Well protected and easy access to ICW.

I'm a transient who very rarely takes a slip at a marina. The staff here is super nice and the location is very convenient. When I come to such a place, I do laundry, take a shower and often get a bite to eat. I wish that the laundry facilities were working. There's a note on the dryer that says it was in disrepair. That's too bad because I was counting on that.

Great marina! There is a brand new ship's store with Deli on site and a fantastic restaurant as well. Two dock hands came out to assist us with ropes and a world-class beach is less than 1/4 mile down the road. We'll be back!

Nice dock. Very nice Marina staff. Protected from winds and currents. One washer Dryer not working since Dec 6th. One of 4 toilets out of order. Showers w no lights. Mold on shower curtains. Walls in bathroom has holes in it. No bikes.

It was a good stop right off the intercoastal Cooper and Tyler were awesome helping everybody get docked. Had a nice restaurant on property

Dock was nice but rest of facilities were not. Showers & restrooms are outdated and dirty. Laundry not functional, washing machine only spit out enough water to dampen clothes & didn't run full cycle. No staff to help so ran dryer three times & clothes still damp. Wifi doesn't work at end of dock or in laundry room. Very disappointing considering the price

Marina was ok, not great…dockhands were young, didn’t feel experienced enough, but, as we came in on a windy day, take that with a grain of salt. Our boat is a Morgan classic and is tough to dock. Bathrooms were somewhat clean, needed more bulbs in lights in women’s room…husband said men’s bathroom was fine. Employees at neighboring market were very nice. If you take Uber, choose cheapest Uber as more expensive ones don’t seem to exist in Isle of Palms. Wi-Fi was nonexistent…

Great spot, wonderful dock crew and great restaurant!

Nice Marina, docks in good shape. We were on a face dock so got quite a bit of rocking action from boats and ferries. Wind also from NE which created water disturbance and a lot of noise. Restaurant was good , busy on weekend but live music was good and finished at a reasonable time. The Market store does good breakfasts and stocks some basic food items if a little pricey.

This was a last minute call to get a slip after an anchorage didn’t work out for us. We were were able to get a spot on the face dock, which was quite a distance to restrooms and facilities Docks were in great shape and easy in and out for ICW. However, it is not worth $3.50 ft. At $2.00 as posted on Navionics (updated recently) it would have been more in line with its competitors. We had no assistance docking, and the location was only self serving the pricey bar and restaurant there. I would not recommend this.

Beautiful Marina, friendly and helpful deck hands. Loved the restaurant!

The staff was very helpful. Tyler helped with launching our boat and reloading. Megan helped with relocating our boat in heavy windy conditions. The marina was very neat and clean.

I thought the new marina store was nice although very different than the past one. A clean and fresh look with a number of options for food and beverage. I would like to see a few more fishing tackle options added. The current selection is much less than what they had in the past. Management was very friendly and even gave me a container of super glue because it would not scan since it was a new product and not in the system. I made up for spending over $1000 for fuel and dockage for the week. :-) Dock hands were responsive and nice. Transient slip was easily accessible and right on the ICW.

Excellent facility and the staff is wonderful. They are super kind and helpful from getting gas to docking. IOP is a special place and they make it that much easier to fall in love with.

It was an average stay. Dock hands were very nice, manager was less so. Our spot on the face dock kept changing. Dock hands had to move our boat a couple of times to accommodate the transients and OSPREY.

We have stayed at this marina numerous times with no complaints and have always enjoyed their accommodations. With that being said We were not informed that the shipstore was closed for remodeling and the next closest store for anything was Harris Teeter at the base of IOP connector; The bathrooms - everything worked but very dirty (trash was overflowing and was never emptied during our whole stay, barely cleaned, and no air conditioning (hot and stagnant). we stayed 3 days, 2 nights. Other than that, we had fun.

Convenient to ICW but busy because of the tour boats and fishing boats going out . Also the restrooms were not well keep and the laundry room was non existent. Would not stop here again unless we needed to.

Everything was just fine

Isle of Palms is terrific. We've been in both winter and summer. The Marina is right off the ICW. It is neat and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Laundry room is neat but small (they should consider re-designing and putting in stackable washer/dryers). The restaurant on-site is good for both lunch and dinner - whether you eat outside or in. The general store on-site is fabulous. Bikes and golf carts are easy to obtain.
