About
Since 1945, Dalhousie Yacht Club has been a working member yacht club. Our harbour is nestled within the long piers and walls of the historic Lock One of an earlier Welland Canal. The 12 mile creek flows into our basin and keeps our harbour ice free in the winter. Our club house offers fantastic fine dining and spectacular sunsets. We have about 100 member boats and enough guest docks for 20 visitors. Our club is active in Lake Ontario racing and hosts long distance races at several points in the season. Our gas dock is open 7 days a week and supports boats of up to 50' for gas or diesel. The historic Port Dalhousie neighbourhood offers many fine pubs, cafes and shops within steps of our docks.

Helpful staff. Good Fuel Prices. Nice though basic restaurant. Slips on both sides of the harbour. Better location then port Pier Marina around the corner.
