Was a great time Michael Dock Master was on point. He was always paying attention as your approach ready to catch your lines and assist you with anything you needed securing your boat to the dock. I plan to use this service at least once a month throughout the summer.

Great easy in and easy out. Mike, your dock master, was fantastic and a great hand as I was coming in solo on a 30' vessel and had a direct line to him whenever i needed anything. Kudos to him, he was a rockstar. Thank you again...ill 100% be back to dock in at TCC.

Great Marina worth the stop. It has an amazing and convenient location. Michael (the Dock-master) lovse his job and it shows in his helpfulness. Only ding is limited facilities, there is a clean restroom, electricity and water. No shower facilities, fuel, basic ships store or pump out available. This is well documented, and having those amenities would make this marina top class. Still a awesome marina.

Had a very nice stay and the dock master Michael was awesome. It would be nice if the docks had dedicated bathrooms and showers for marina folks only. Sharing the bathroom with a bar, not so great. In the am they are cleaning them for over an hour, so one is out of luck if you need one.

Dock master was very friendly and helpful. Communication of security codes and slip assignment was top notch. Did I mention security. No more people walking past your boat in the middle of the night. Close to free trolley and many restaurants and bars. Only drawback is no shower or private bathroom facilities.

Might want to put one or 2 100 am outlets on some of the pedestals on north dock. Specifically slip 2. As I recall there is room for it. Breaker tripped numerous times so had to move to pedestal across the dock.

Right in the thick of things for downtown events/options. Easy in/out. Dockmaster Mike was helpful and readily available. Power and water were well-maintained. Floating docks had appropriate edge fenders. Great place to stay to enjoy what downtown Tampa has to offer (Go Bolts!)

Great docks, Phenomenal location, and Michael, the Dockmaster, is incredible. My only hesitation recommending the Tampa Convention Center Marina is concern that too many people to discover it! It is a real gem.

The marina is fantastic and the location is great! The staff were incredibly helpful the whole time. Definitely a recommended spot. Only small downside is that they don’t have high speed WiFi at the marina. A few local spots offer it nearby though.

Dockmaster Michael is great. Downtown for a hockey game and the atmosphere and the location of the marina is exceptional.

The service from Michael, the Dockmaster, was amazing- they have done a great job in creating a more "marina" like experience. Location is perfect -walkable to all attractions and great restaurants.

Everything was perfect. It is a wonderful location.

Great as always, guys were waiting to help as we pulled up to the docks. They kept an eye on the boat when we went down the street for drinks. They made sure to keep nosey people away. The security gate being added is a plus for over night stay.

Easy in and out. Great to be right on the Riverwalk. Very courteous Dock Master.

Although it didn’t matter too much to us, the security gate was wide open all night and was chained open. Other than that the staff was very helpful and the facility was very nice.

Facilities are good; staff is good. Left boat at 9pm and returned at 9am to find an expensive hat and pair of Rx sunglasses stolen from under the windscreen.

Two great nights then the third a big power boat came in and partied ALL night! Loud music and screaming. No sleep and no security that night.

Reservation and payment went very smoothly. Dockmaster allowed someone to pull into the wrong slip causing one of our group, who called to say he would be late, to end up 3 slips away. The boater even knew he was in the wrong slip. I was there earlier this year when the new gate was installed. I am amazed there is no lock or security there. The lack of a shower is another minus.

Right in the heart of downtown but very quiet at night. No rocking no noise. 🤗🤗 Super convenient, power. water and recycling bin on the dock!! Highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic with lots of fun and entertainment. It is a basic marina of water and electricity, but it is all we expected. The staff is very helpful.

I love this marina. The location is the main draw- downtown & the waterfront of Tampa are within easy walking distance. Lots of activity on the weekend. I can't quite give it 5 stars due to its lack of a dedicate shower and restroom for marina guests. The nearby "Sail" restaurant has a restroom, but it's locked at night. Otherwise, it is great.

Docks are modern and excellent condition, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is central and convenient to many entertainment venues and downtown Tampa. Docks have no security, no WiFi, no shower, and no dedicated restrooms. The price is not reflective of services available.

Friendly staff, but do not use VHF radio! Right downtown, so Uber and public transportation is easy. Casino, restaurants, are a short walk. Security seems pretty tight here also. I have stayed 4 times, and I have booked a return trip. This is my "go to" marina for Tampa, Fl. Limited services- no pump out or fuel, but mechanics can come and go. Land parking is limited until the parking garage 2 blocks north

Great location in the center of Tampa. You can walk ot bike on the river walk or right across the street is the free tram to Ybor. Marina has nice docks. They are low so bring a step to get up to your high freeboard boat. There are no showers. Public has full access to docks and will come up to your boat to look. Great bars and restaurants within a block.

This is a terrific location in the bustling waterfront heart of Tampa. The access is easy, the floating docks are well maintained and the staff are competent, responsive and friendly. However, there are no dockside facilities. The sole marina “bathroom” is a locked restroom at a nearby restaurant to which everyone seems to have the code. And there is NO shower. Surely there is a better solution. But all in all a very fun visit.

The docks are in a great location for access to downtown Tampa. The docks are floating and have power and water. The main negatives are no showers and no security gate. There is access to public bathrooms within a short walk.

Moment of Zen, a 36 by 15 foot power cat, had a first-rate stay at the Tampa Convention Center Marina in mid-March 2022. The approach and docking were easy, with friendly dockhands on hand to help. The location is perfect for a visit to Amalie, the aquarium and any number of other spots, including Riverwalk. Ybor City is a delightful free tram-ride away. There is even a Publix an easy walk away. Because this marina is meant for fairly short-term visits to downtown venues, there is neither internet nor the usual marina facilities like bathrooms, showers and laundry. The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful with suggestions for visitor parking etc. Will definitely be back!

Had a great 3 night stay at TCC Marina. Staff is very helpful, and location is excellent. Only downside is is the number of people that come down to “walk the docks”.

You can't bear this location. No frills or amenities, not you're right down town. Electric and water worked well. Dock hands were there when we arrived.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Easy in/out, and great location food and entertainment whether you are on foot or bike. The only minor drawback for smaller boats is the fact that they do not offer showers. But the city fuel dock across the bay does. And if you are a smooth talker you might just talk the Marriott staff out of a fitness center pass for a day (or maybe just buyout) and use their shower. Great experience in a beautiful city!

Lots happening in downtown Tampa and this marina is right in the heart of it.

The dock staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. One big downside was the power pedestals. 3 out of 4 50 Amp pedestals that we tried didn't work. There are no 100 Amp outlets here so we needed to use our own splitter, but it was impossible to find a pedestal with two working 50 Amp outlets. Larger boats beware. Thanks to the great efforts of Amanda, the dockmaster, the problem was finally resolved. Also, lack of showers is a negative.

The dockhands were very efficient. We decided to stay on our boat for our 2 night stay. We were in town for a Marine Max boat trip. The proximity to Amalie was awesome. We were walking distance to many things as well. The restrooms nearby were clean and tidy. However, we did not feel safe at night. There was no locked gates to enter the dock slips. This was concerning. I would NOT stay at the convention center marina again for this reason. Please take this review seriously. Thank you

This was a great spot to hide from hurricane Elsa. The docks are great and the location is awesome. The dock master was waiting for us to grab lines and help tie up. The only negative is this set of docks has no power or water hook ups.

In all the years of cruising I have never experienced such a poorly operated Marina. My experience began with a small tour boat, that operated out of the Marina cutting me off while I was beginning my approach to the slip that was assigned and “reserved” for me. It should be noted that there were many additional dock slips empty and available for other Marina boats, none in this area were assigned to the group of various types of aquatic rental equipment at the other end of the dock. Although we tried to get the boat operator’s attention she ignored us, tied the boat and proceeded to unload her passengers. Only when she was done did she acknowledge us and finally move. From there, it only got better. Our slip was next to a 44 ft million $ yacht with what appeared to be a couple of people here to give a seminar or such at somewhere near the Marina. Later in the day they came back with about 20 young, clean cut, well dressed people for a tour of the boat. They left and all came back later, that evening, for a party. They played music (much rap style) incredibly loud and continuously until well after 0300 in the AM. We went grocery shopping in the AM and saw them leaving the dock in the early afternoon. Then to to add insult to injury, later in the day while my wife and I were trying to enjoy some time there with some wine, one of the rental boats, also from the other end of the Marina dock, pulled in with a bunch of people with blaring music, who objected to our request for them to move out of the slip next to us, to down where they rented the boat from and that these were Marina spaces, which we paid for. After a lot of words, particularly from a young female entitled big mouth and an escalating situation we got them to leave. Throughout all of this the only involvement of anyone from the “so called “Marina” was upon arrival and only after the first encounter. Not only does this Marina not provide normal services, like showers, heads or pump outs, any kind of security or controls on what’s happening there, they they ignore ignorant and obnoxious behaviors at a cost similar to the St Petersburg Municipal Marina at which we’ve had great experiences with their complete Marina services and desiring to please professional staff. This Marina was a total waste of money!!!

We had a great one night stay. So much to do around the marina and staff was very helpful. Some limited facilities (no showers) which we were aware of at the time of booking were outweighed by the location.

We booked into a slip at the Tampa Convention Center. The docks here are nice floating concrete docks and you are just steps away from the Trolley and many restaurants. The issue here is a lack of security. We've been here two nights and had people board our boat around 2:00 AM both nights. Night one was a group of 4 young men, who we think were trying to steal items from the center console beside us and jumped on our swim platform. Last night, a couple decided that it would be fun to have the girl lie on the bow of our boat for a photo shoot. (our main bedroom is in the bow). There is no security gate, not even a sign saying private and the dock is shared with paddle boats, rental boats, booze cruise, and tiki boats. The dockmaster is said that the Convention Center is in charge of security, when we called Security last night, they said they would "send someone to check on the docks." We were up for over an hour calming back down, and we never saw them. So, nice facilities, but poor security. There are other marinas in the area, not quite as convenient, but I'd give them some consideration.

Mr Mike was happy and welcoming! We were thankful for the help with our lines and the friendly advice on the area!

Very nice docks and good location. They should increase the number of toilets available to boaters and make arrangements for 24-7 access for boaters.

There are many good things about this marina. The staff is great and deserves 5+ stars. The marina is reasonably priced for such a strategical location. The facilities are well kept. Tampa has done a good job of policing the area and while caution is still required I seldom feel threatened. I hate giving this only a 3 star rating after all it is a downtown location and you can't blame a dog for having fleas but do not expect to get any sleep as this place. It is loud!! Otherwise, if you come to party, or do the night life thing, or as we do to add a little fun to a business meeting and don't mind forgoing sleep this is the place. We'll come again and after we pull out find a nice secluded anchorage where we can saw some logs.

Great service from Jason and his team. Plenty of loud music lasting late into the night from surrounding water front bars but that is to be expected in a downdown location on a Friday night. We will definitely be back!

Docks are clean and orderly. No security however in spite of significant activity downtown there were very few visitors other than those for the vendors on the doc. People from the paddle boat rental and a tour boat operator helped us dock as there was a pretty good crosswind blowing us off the dock. Never saw the Dockmaster or any one official or in charge. Went to the Dockmaster's office/booth and no one was there so I Left a card. We just had to guess at how things operate and where things were. It would be good to have a welcome packet with some information, guide to the area and riverwalk etc. I am sure some local restaurants would throw in some coupons to get you there. Still, overall a good experience.

Excellent marina! It is nice to be able to reserve a slip. Dock hands are friendly and Dockmaster is very accommodating. Good protection, an occasional swell from wind and boat traffic, but not uncomfortable at all. Music plays till 3 am on the weekend and NE wind can blow it right to your boat. But other than that, the vibe is very enjoyable!
